I've had every pre-workout made since 2008. Went through entire containers in less than a week. I take them with along with many different supplements, including ephedrine and yohimbine. Never had any trouble, aside from insomnia. I mix pre-workouts in with energy drinks. Still do all of that at 47 years old. Never needed a doctor for anything, and still workout everyday. Any problems you get are all in your head. Just don't push yourself too hard if you're a weak pansy.

Bad sound quality
I think she forgot to mention in excessive amounts. A teaspoon of caffeine, coffee will not hurt or 4 oz of a serving size of something else. Besides, I can't trust the words of a doctor much these days... just drink green tea from an actual tea bag, I make them for each week.
