    So I just asked my dr. to test my homocysteine and it’s low 4.4. I definitively eat enough proteins. I wonder since I’ve been supplementing folate recently if that could have impact on it. My B12 are at optimal levels.

    Thanks for the video . I do have low homocysteine 4.37 mol . I'm a sports girl very active I eat healthy but I do intermittent fasting. I drink protein shakes and eat fish and turkey .

    Hello. Your video content is really good. But views and subscribes are much lower.To increase subscribes and views, you need to do channel SEO, meaning your videos are not fully SEO. Your SEO score is very low, SEO score you have to do 90 overs. The main reason why videos go viral is because of video SEO and organic promotion. If you do SEO and Promotion then lots of subscribers and views will come to your channel, and you will be able to monetize your channel in a few days.
