Thrive Though Menopause Interview With Hasmark International
Cute studies that caffeine before a workout “decreases” those areas you mentioned. I am standing by with studies that conclude the opposite.
I love my pre workout 😊
Says someone who cant bench 135
Well, I wanna get a poop transplant.
Disagree, ive been mix all different brands of high stim pre workout , taking them on a empty stomach in the morning for 4-5 yrs staright and i got my yearly doctor check up says im fine
So your video really means that pre workout with stimulants!!! Are bad for you right let’s be clear about that and not confuse people as there are many non stimulants Based pre workouts in the market too FYI
My daily intake is about 1200 to 1600 mg of caffeine
Nah i use crack
I genuinely do not give a fuck lil bro
Stop spreading misinformation, pre workout is 100% safe if taken I. The right amounts. I cannot fucking stand people like this
It damages your teeth
BS.
Do sibo cause white coated tongue ??
Yes☹️
there’s low stem and high stem… just don’t overdo extreme high stim if you’re a beginner. That’s just common sense .
This makes me want to take more
How many Mg of magnessium and how kind of vitamin B?b6 or b12? Thank you
You look like you take pre-work out before bed and sleep with your eyes open.
L take
Yeah but can you bench 215? Didn’t think so
Exercise and avoid stress
she is a left wing media narrative driven shill , can just tell cant you
So I should cut down on my usual 2.5 gram daily dose?
😂😂😂😂😂
Why does b6 make me feel moody?
I think you need to focus on your UA-cam channel video SEO(Search Engine Optimization). I have analyzed your UA-cam channel and I saw that your video is not SEO optimized. So your video doesn’t rank on UA-cam and you never get a good result. So you will do video SEO. Your video will rank on UA-cam and You will get more views day by day. Can we have a small discussion about Your UA-cam Channel?
The same goes for any mind altering substance
Let me be 100 percent honest with you. I.Dont.Care
Yes I use but not daily like last I order my pre workout in the starting of year 2024 40 servings pre workout and still 25 serving are left 😂
😅 she’s tweaking
STFU. Literally everything today is bad for you. So sick of the social media doctors
Hello. What about stim-free pre-workouts ? I rarely drink coffee.
So I just asked my dr. to test my homocysteine and it’s low 4.4. I definitively eat enough proteins. I wonder since I’ve been supplementing folate recently if that could have impact on it. My B12 are at optimal levels.
Thanks for the video . I do have low homocysteine 4.37 mol . I'm a sports girl very active I eat healthy but I do intermittent fasting. I drink protein shakes and eat fish and turkey .
She looks like she's on preworkout herself 😂
Who asked.
Its all about the pump tho 😶🌫️
She’s staring into my soul
I was using 2 scoops before my workouts for like 2 months , Unfortunately I had heart palpitations and had to go to the emergency department.
Thats why i take non-stim pre workout
Smash
Will try it 🙏🏾
I love this Dr. Steyn! ❤
That’s what someone who doesn’t bench 225 would say
Cap
They don't all have caffeine or stims
200mg pre, 400mg 1 hour into training (halfway point).
Ez 600 mg a day I’ll stop when my heart does
At the outset, discuss the core emotion, purpose, and value of each video in earnest to hook your audience right from the start and encourage them to watch the entire video. Your video thumbnails need to be more attractive.
Hello. Your video content is really good. But views and subscribes are much lower. To increase subscribes and views, you need to do channel SEO, meaning your videos are not fully SEO. Your SEO score is very low, SEO score you have to do 90 overs. The main reason why videos go viral is because of video SEO and organic promotion. If you do SEO and Promotion then lots of subscribers and views will come to your channel, and you will be able to monetize your channel in a few days. For now you can do channel SEO or Video & Organic Promotion. Your channel will grow very fast. Because your video content idea is so good. Thanks.
Hi mam
If you where an outfit like that.... Must be right 😂
