Just curious. When building in a subdivision, will the builders allow you to buy two side by side plots and center the house between the two sections of land?

I like that there is some what a dividing wall between the kitchen and livingroom. I don't like that it is a jack and Jill. Having to share a bathroom is the most awful thing for any family with children.

Maybe it's just me, but the homes are starting to look all the same to me.
Not just you. People are asking for the same types of open layout homes across the board, so developers are catering to that.
Beautiful home!! The staircase is amazing!! Media room....bananas!!! I like that the garage was turned into an office as well.
