i feel like i'm doing the first two exercises wrong because i feel that my trapezius getting sore instead of my arms. i can't seem to keep my shoulder relaxed and just place the pressure on my arms. any advice?
i have one question is it better that i do 1 set of each exercise till i finish them all and then do 2nd set of all and then 3 set of all or is it better if i do 3 sets of 1st exercise, then 3 sets of second, then 3 sets of third etc?
