My favorite thing of this group is that they don't try to mimic or look like the beatles. They simply play the music with respect and class.

one reason is because the Beatles didn't perform this medley LIVE ..... it was created by them at Abbey Road Studios, with the brilliant work of George Martin and Geoff Emerick at the controls

This is the best band by far paying tribute to the best band ever
Just stumbled upon this vid when doing Abbey Road search and so glad that I did. Tell you something: The voice of the keyboardist who's covering Paul's vocals is absolutely beautiful. And this medley is extremely complex and damn near impossible to properly duplicate. The orchestra...backing vocals...all of it. So difficult to replicate. This is the finest rendition I've ever seen. Thanks so very much for making my Sunday morning.

Every time I hear that medley and get to that moment in the song where they sing those lyrics... I always feel emotional. Because this was truly the end of an era of peace and love and music that will never come again. In today's world, people are angry against each other. Hate is everywhere.

Whats wrong with musicians doing covers of Beatles tunes? Hate is just wrong. Musicians honor John, George, Ringo and Paul by reinterpreting their compositions.
@@michaels1833 you're right I should have said not like other people copying Beatles songs, that's just the way I feel along with a lot of other people.Yes there's nothing wrong with it I just don't hear many people do a good job not like these musicians on this video who did an outstanding job, obviously they put a lot of work into it and got rewarded with an outstanding performance!!!😃✌

The Fab Faux (ft. Will Lee from Late Show) did the entire album spot on.
Our tears are a mixture of joy... and perhaps a bit of sadness. As I have previously stated on other sites relating to The Analogues, we are so blessed to have their extraordinary artistry keeping alive the music and genius of the greatest (so-called) "pop group" of all time. The Analgoues have the ability to do this WAY beyond any other performers (and no disrespect to those other folks) -- but these guys do it best. Always reminding us that the Fab Four's music is deeply embedded in our lives.

Ringo's drum solo has always been one of my favorite things. This guys does a great job of reproducing it beat for beat.

What a well decorated set. They were completely load with a full orchestra for such a small audience. This band are truly outstanding musicians at a very advanced level.

This song takes me back to just a year into my first marriage. Happy times, sweet music, and my entire life ahead. Just being enveloped in each stage of it overwhelms and engulfs my soul.

Beatles were genius- period. Their music is timeless. Where will todays stuff be in 50-60 years. The creativity was unimaginable todays music scene.
Most of today's music goes in the garbage as soon as its released.
I have to say I had no idea who the Analogues were a month ago. But I am truly glad that I found them. I’m a big fan of the Beatles, and they have done a truly exceptional job of not just sounding like them, but in some ways pushing even further past the sound the Beatles created. The dedication and attention to detail in each song, from the harmonies to the exact sounds of EVERY instrument, is unbelievable. True musicians and true lovers of music❤️❤️

It's just a shame that the camera didn't know who to show during the guitar trade off solos during "The End". Camera guy should have worked that out before it was shot.
That aside... The Analogues are the best band at re-creating the fab music of The Beatles. Great job by every musician and singer.
Lousy camera work. They appeared not to know who was playing which instrument, and the guitarists got left out altogether. Top band tho, excellent musicians who have the skill and empathy to do justice to The Beatles

Such incredible music. So creative and enduring and beautiful. Music so powerful that it inspired uncountable kids to start playing an instrument. It’s so good that 50 years later it inspires these guys to recreate it live and do an amazing job. There’s nothing better.
Every-time I listen to these guys, I cry...It just so much reminds me of the original.

The thing i really couldn't understand was how do they so so much,(exactly) like the Beatles? I learned that what equipment the Beatles used in each song, the Analogues found those antique pieces of equipment, everything guitars, amps, mikes organs etc....that's why from one song to the next there is a lot of equipment handoffs I spend hrs listening

@@NotDingse this was a small performance as part of a Dutch talkshow ( as the analogues are also Dutch). The public did not come specially for the band, so thats why they behaved like they did.
Many of them probably did not understand English, but they really looked bored overall.

An amazing tribute by the Analogues! The Beatles' music is so sacrosanct to these talented people that every note is transcribed as originally played. Much like the classical artists of past centuries, you don't fool with perfection! Astounding and outstanding work!
