Try formatting your hard drive. If that does not help, go into your video settings and turn down your FPS and bitrates. Often times, folks leave those on default and the recorders get overloaded and will shut down and reboot. The recorders can only process so much.

What are your frame rates and bitrates? Sometimes, if you have those channels maxed out at 30 fps and 10,000 kbps those cheaper recorders cannot handle the bandwidth and they will do that. Good job in replacing the hard drive. When it reboots, can you log into it after it has rebooted or does it just go through a constant reboot?
