Well, just be sure that you have the correct size bags...they list the size allowed on their web site and I would measure yours to be sure they are ok. And don't over stuff them...leave some room so it is easier to get them into the bag size checker. Also, if you want to be sure you sit together you have to buy seats, or with the random assignment they may put you and your daughter in different parts of the plane. (unless she is a kid then I think by law they can't do it, but I would not trust them). We just flew them last week out of necessity and the good news is the staff on the plane are very nice and we flew in the new A321-neo plane that was more comfortable and quieter than their old planes. Yeah I thought I was getting a bargain flying 52 dollars from Orlando to Detroit 6:30am flight Saturday Labor Day weekend and 47 dollars 10:04 Monday(Labor Day) flight flying out of Detroit back to Orlando at 12:55. Flying up to Detroit everything was perfect on time no delays nice flight. Going back to Orlando Monday morning, I get back to Detroit airport two hours early 8am waiting for the frontier 10:04 flight boarding starts at 9:19 board says flight on time looking out the window no frontier jet insight it’s 9:30am at 10:01 3 minutes before scheduled takeoff I received an email saying flight was canceled i immediately went to southwest bought a 300 ticket to go back to Orlando at 11:30am and basically will never fly frontier ever again.
Yeah that's the problem with frontier. They don't have enough planes available to substitute one if there's an issue. I guess as they say you get what you pay for but glad to hear you're able to make other arrangements quickly. Thanks for watching. Thanks for leaving a comment!
Yes, basic set up and fees like Spriit except Frontier only allows 40lbs for checked bags (Spirit allows 50 lbs) and Frontier will aggressively check your bags when you board to see if they can get more money out of you. Spriit is not that aggressive when you board about bag size. At least that's been our experience. Thanks for watching!

Just flew last month. Checked bags were $69 Phoenix to Atlanta and back. On the way back in Atlanta they switched TERMINALS (not just gates) and NEVER told anyone. Just expected you to keep refreshing your app I guess. Then at the new terminal they were not at the gate they said. It was the one next to it. But it said UNITED. Everyone was so confused. THEN mid air they needed a medical professional.Well, there were not any doctors of course so luckily there was a nurse. Also yes they hassled with the baggage bin sizes pre-flight. Moral- you get what you pay for. I got- $107 round trip non-stop. So I’m explaining not complaining. 😂
Great price! If you know what to expect and don't mind being asked to size your bags as you board, and don't mind sitting away from your significant other, then you can find a great deal with them! My daughter and I are flying to dc next month on frontier. I’m super nervous as I’m trying to do the trip as cheap as possible.
