I never considered that stress isn't my stress to hold. As a Generator with a Defined Root, I have definitely been guilty of using that stress to 'charge' myself when my sacral was drained from something I had a no for. Super helpful, thank you!

You have described this energy better than anyone I’ve ever heard. Thank you. I have this 3 times in my chart (unconscious Venus and earth/ conscious mars) and it’s been a huge journey integration getting into the gift of restraint from the massive stress of my undefined root and now feeling the bliss of stillness in moments of complete surrender. I feel it’s not mentioned this way usually but it’s one of the most mystical experiences possible for a human. This may be my bias but I also have other mystical energies and all the love gates and this feeling of stillness one is like no other..
