Krissy my intuitive hit was to ask you to watch what you say...do you use the phrase "I am so sick of_____" often? I have had an insight about our language and how really what we say about/to others lands and stick on US first - and probably even more so for people with the verbal gene keys. Spirit said to mention it...so I did. Journaling is AMAZING. Grateful for your comment!
@@Vibologie Yes, versions of that when I would describe my emotional state. Probably mostly 'what is so inherently wrong with me'. Then over the years I was guessing what was making me sick, told myself I must be full of toxins from past life choices, and I would label various foods as unhealthy even though I used to be able to eat anything without problem before. I think there is also a connection between my emotional and physical state. My mind couldn't process my trauma and I developed digestive issues. If I was trying to get myself heard then nobody would listen, and I developed a thyroid issue. Thank you very much for your comment! I think finding this video and receiving this message shows that I am on the path to recovery.
