Me too with the nodes shift, I realize now it's challenging huh? Have you found ways to cope or channel this new constant energy? I wonder if I need to become more adamant with maybe a new sleeping ritual.. Before I could just, fall on the bed, deep sleep. No problem. Now it's sooo much buzz, and the dreams.... I don't go as deep into sleep as before so now I kinda dream half awake, sometimes I wake up because my body started laughing with a dream.... 😅💁🏼‍♀️ Fun, but so inconvenient. My body is now suffering from lack of sleep. I wonder how you are handling the sleep thing... Wishing everyone good peaceful deep sleeps 😊😊😊

Yes, feeling off. My sleeping patterns are a wreck and people have been annoying me more than normal. I woke up this morning and realized it’s the 39th gene key doing some or that. I usually don’t get this provoked by others.
