Thank you! It's really been a cool experience to learn the history of my town. If you're interested, this video is part of a longer series looking at historical places in my city. You can watch it here: ua-cam.com/play/PL0bfRwBaXVW5caSj4X_7zztTJNGiMBQtH.html
Thanks Momo! Its a little known but super cool park in Omaha, and i've really enjoyed getting to visit it a few times. I want to go back next summer (its only open in the summers) and do the submarine they have , and maybe paint inside which would be cool!
@@momopaints it isn’t, it’s on dry land. It was a functional sub though and you can go inside so I’m looking forward to that. Last time I was there they were renovating and I was unable to go in.
So lucky to run into a guy like that, certainly a load of knowledge. Great painting, i’ve tried a similar technique for portraits but never in plein air. Good on ya!
Thank you for sharing this. So few people take time to talk to the volunteers and learn the history.

That would be cool. I would love to see how big/small they are. I assume it’s no longer in the water?

Thanks! That guy was super cool. I'm not sure about the ink underpainting. I'll have to keep messing around with it.
