No way. Her pupils was of normal size and her eyes were not red at all. Just because someone has quirky movements does not mean they are on something. Plus she was at work. If she was on something it would be noticable and she would have been kicked out.
yeah I am very thin, (5'8, 111 pounds) have been underweight my whole life except when I was a baby and I eat whatever and have a very hard time gaining weight. I think a lot of it has to do with genetics and metabolism because my entire family is very thin. My dad is like 6'1 and 155 or 160 pounds and he is 51!

Furthermore anorexia is a form of anxiety and depression, not calorie restriction. Calorie restriction can be unhealthy but is not the eating disorder we all think it is. It does not inclue social deprivation, isolation, impulsivity, lack of motivation, flat personality. Sheer loss of impetus to thrive. People who stop eating have lost will to live. It is beyond depressing and devastating. Calorie restriction Can be physically detrimental but it is not anorexia.
I think they're referring to the fact that they're constantly working and travelling to the point of not being able to take some time off to eat properly (proper food, instead of sandwiches, all the time). Models are very busy people. I'm sure there ARE a few models who starve themselves, sadly. But not all models do that, because modelling requires tons of energy, something you won't get if you're not eating enough.

My best friend danced ballet and she ate broccoli all day. She said she was happy but she was always talking about food and she had crazy moments in which she would eat so much and then she cried. I know 'cause I've been following their career for as long as I can remember. They just have a very high metabolism and these two girls are very hyper and physically active. In fact, Karlie shared one time in a cooking video that she went to surprise Jourdan at 2 am in the latter's house and she caught Jourdan cooking FRIED CHICKEN with her pajamas on. Lol So people assume they don't eat but the truth is SOME of these girls are just too high that the food they eat can't easily make them look fat. Plus of course it is a known fact that they also workout.
You can be naturally skinny as a child and then deny yourself the ability to grow into an adult-sized body by restricting calories. Nobody naturally looks like a 14 year old forever.

As someone who has done modeling in the past and maintained a very low weight, I would eat a lot of sushi (healthy, high protein, low calorie), sandwiches, granola bars, cereal, and fruit. I'd exercise a few days a week too. If I exercised more, I'd allow myself to eat bigger meals and chocolate, candy, and chips on occasion

Food gives you energy that you then burn off- not excessively, but enough to have lean muscle and curves. That is a woman's figure. If you were to check most of the models' vital signs, they would be very sick. It's sad to see starved women walk down the catwalk. Yes, I think that models should be lean, as they are supposed to represent a hanger in order to show case the apparel and not the model, but women that are just bones should not be on a catwalk; They should be seeking psychiatric help. It is not sane to look like death. Not even makeup can cover up the agony that most of these women live in all in the name of what? Fashion? Fashion is something we all visualize for ourselves. 'Five pounds away from anorexia' anorexia is a mental disorder, not a measurement of weight. Not all models choose to do drugs. Some do, but mostly because they're rich, and rich people do cocaine.
Do you know how anorexia works? It isn't a disease, you can't catch it. It doesn't start out as a weight disorder at all. Anorexia starts because a person is under a lot of emotional stress, and therefore desire some form of control over their life, so they begin to change and restrict their diets, which then effects their weight. Anorexia isn't a physical thing, it's a mental thing that effects the body physically.

It is time people understand that just because someone decides not to put trash food into their bodies and eat well and balanced and yes, reach a figure that many consider "too skinny, doesn't make them: obsessive nor sick. If these models were underweight in an unhealthy way, they could not manage to walk around all day and function as a real model does... so people stop hating on skinny people, it's just as ridiculous as racism or sexism.
As someone who has done modeling in the past and maintained a very low weight, I would eat a lot of sushi (healthy, high protein, low calorie), sandwiches, granola bars, cereal, and fruit. I'd exercise a few days a week too. If I exercised more, I'd allow myself to eat bigger meals and chocolate, candy, and chips on occasion

I know this was a while ago, but seriously those girls are ridiculous. And definitely agree with you on people who eat a lot and still don't gain. My younger sister is extremely thin yet she's the one who eats the most and near all of it is high-caloric and junk. It's almost sad to see because I wish my body worked like that as well haha.
I Feel bad for the models when people keep assuming that they are starving themselves. I am thin too but I eat way more than my friends who are bigger than me.

I am naturally thin been thin my whole life and a lot of people think I am too skinny. None of my ribs show at all though and I’m not bony anywhere I think my body shape/bones are just really thin.
I'm 13 5'6 and I weigh 90, I have really high metabolism and no matter what I eat I don't gain a single pound. It has its cons though. People always ask in a rude way ''why are you so skinny'' and someone even called me anorexic. It sucks

Dont ask me how but in my worst state of anorexia i didnt eat anything but drink 10calories a day for 3-4weeks. But then i slept all day? The doctors dont even know how i survived haha xD

Even tho I love models and the fashion industry I feel like when there is footage of models openly speaking of "not having meals" to stay skinny, the footage shouldn't be posted. So many young girls these days starve themselves or hurt their health to be skinny, my middle school self included.

Everyone I know thinks models have eating disorders, but they just live an extremely careful and.healthy lifestyle.
Being extremely careful can result in an ed. No one is meant to be this underweight. Naturally thin people are not gaunt and pale. You don't have to be anorexic or bulimic to have an ed. Being extremely careful can be its own ed.

I myself am skinny, but if someone has skin hanging from their bones, they are not naturally thin. They are starving. They are dying. I have to disagree with you. I think most models suffer from addictions and eating disorders, but there are a few that are healthy and naturally thin- not a walking skeleton. Thin people have curves, too. They don't have protruding bones throughout their body, not pale, and gaunt. They are not malnourished. Giselle is thin, but she has curves. But she is also not "naturally" thin. She has to work hard for her body. Have you seen her twin sister? You have to eat, not starve to be healthy. Food gives you energy that you then burn off- not excessively, but enough to have lean muscle and curves. That is a woman's figure. If you were to check most of the models' vital signs, they would be very sick. It's sad to see starved women walk down the catwalk. Yes, I think that models should be lean, as they are supposed to represent a hanger in order to show case the apparel and not the model, but women that are just bones should not be on a catwalk; They should be seeking psychiatric help. It is not sane to look like death. Not even makeup can cover up the agony that most of these women live in all in the name of what? Fashion? Fashion is something we all visualize for ourselves. It shouldn't be what some 50 year old designer guy determines it is. The fashion industry is a dark world. Ill people should not be walking the runways. Too many have died. Literally, even on the runway. Sorry, for the long response. It's just a sad ordeal. I really wish you success and health above all. :)

I would encourage u to not judge based on a lot of ppl who hurt themselves may have a history of child abuse, trauma, bf beating them.
