- Roza is such a sweet lady!
She grew up in a small village in Irkutsk region and moved to the city. She got married and was very happy. But the tragedy happened.
She decided to come back to her home village even it was completely abandoned by other people...

At times like these, I wish I was up in Montana or in Oklahoma or in Tennessee.
Same with me here..i also live alone after my husband died..but i have cats..i have children but i feel easy and comfortable to live alone..in a small house..in a small city in a small country...alhamdulillah.

Another lovely story! My husband was an alcoholic and when he passed away from cirrhosis of the liver, I vowed to myself never to get married again. I find that being by myself is just fine. I understand this woman completely.
Same story! After divorce my mom stays alone for many years. She also was not happy in her marriage. And she says that being single is satisfying for her and she is truly happy..

I so understand this woman and as the video played I felt that I visiting her, listening to her story. When the vid ended I was so disappointed in my heart, it felt like a visit to her farm that ended too soon. I send her blessings, I hope her life continues to be an adventure for her soul.

Great woman! Living in such climatic conditions and also in this abandoned village far from "civilization" is really hard, especially for a woman She is very courageous and the love that she still has for her husband is marvellous. Thank you very much for this wonderful video.

I think it's easier for a woman to be the sole survivor in this village, easier than for a man. Physically, the female body is more insulated, buillt for patience and endurance. High altitude mountaineering literature supports this. Psychologically, women seem less prone to addictions and more inclined to support and nurture the small things that make up life. Such as forgiveness. Culturally, women have been historically excluded from becoming examples of these virtues.
Hell is other people. So she definitely is happy. Free from all the conflicts with other humans, free from all the negativity of the rest of the world.
Sorry to say, if it's heavy for her, that horse looks old, has to be heavy for them, other than that, this woman is blessed beyond means, to live by herself & not be bothered by loud neighbors or neighbors right beside her. I pray she has enough food & warmth for her, the horse & dog & cow.( any other farm animals or cats I missed)

I can relate to her story, and it is not easy to live in a village where it is freezing during winter, but God is good to her, she has dogs, animals like cows and horse., these creatures makes her life easier and manageable.,
I admire her strength and outlook in life.
I am also a widow, but in a diff circumstance, but yes.....i definitely agree to many of what she said....

I felt sorry for her at first. But she has a large family. She seems to want to live this way. Older people are stubborn. There's nothing you can do. The problem is, of course, she's going to get too old to manage the work. I hope when that time comes, her family offers her more help and that she will accept it. That's a hard life. She does a lot of physical work to keep things going. And in that cold! It's going to be difficult when she gets older. I wish her all the best. Despite the harshness and cold, it's such a beautiful area. And that horse is gorgeous!
Yes, it is alot of work. But as someone who lives with an elderly family member, I understand how good it is for them to remain active and somewhat self sufficient as long as possible. For their health and their pride. No wasting away being treated as a child. Not good.

Roza is such a brave and resourceful lady. I live in Australia, which only has snow in the mountains, but at 87 I find the winter climate very hard to handle when temperatures drop below 18C.

Очень красивое таежное место, природа загляденье, представляю, как весной и летом красиво, когда природа вся пробуждается, многие сейчас люди в мире, хотят, так, жить, на природе, но не все себе могут позволить, так, как, зависят от работ в городе, Розе повезло, что, ей досталась земля и дом от её родителей, в таком красивом месте, правда сложно, так жить, без благ цивилизации, но в этом тоже есть какое то ощущение свободы, и счастья. Пусть будет все хорошо у этой женщины, здоровья ей крепкого и её животным. Лошадка красавица кормилица, помогает ей воду привозить😀💖💐

Моя родина... там много солнца. Но там - очень холодная и длинная зима! 6 месяцев устойчивого снежного покрова и минусовых температур, до минус 45 зимой - запросто! даже с Уралом не сравнить. И очень мало что из овощей и тем более фруктов можно выращивать (если честно - выращивать фрукты вообще невозможно, хотя у некоторых умельцев на самом юге области что-то получается)

Her situation is sort of "stable" - untill she is healthy ( but some minimum medicine help for free is still available in Russia)

Such a beautiful horse! And cute dog, what a place! You give up a lot of conveniences to live in a village but it seems so romantic and beautiful like a better way of life, although sometimes the grass is always greener on the other side of the fence
I was born not far from her cocation ( in Irkutsk Sity - the capital of this territory ) . The place is beautiful indid , however weather is harsh in winter ( 6 month of snow and ice, very cold in December and January) . Winter there is harsher when in some places in Alaska, maybe just nothern Canada could be compared.
What a beautiful Soul, I understand her 100%,happy for her. She had horse, dog, cows, that are more trusting and loving that majority of humans.The horse is gorgeous.Blessings and a warm hug to her from Romania.

A wonderful lady with a wonderful personality and a lovely dog .She has created a very full life and looks well on it .Most have gone chasing after rainbows when they were already to be seen .Where she lives is beautiful and a paradise .In the big city many are very lonely and will die alone .This lady is visited each year, has a full life and many activities .Greetings to her the dog and the horse :)

Maybe she could move year round to one of the abandoned homes in the village... Maybe some young strong people might come to the village to run homesteads and live more simply again... And how much money would it cost to replace the roof of babushka home?... Could there be donations for her?
