People have been waiting for a Japanese AC game for years that it doesn't even matter now. Just go back to the roots make a game about the 4th crusade on how a former Eastern Roman warrior becomes an Assassin to stop the Templar crusaders from sacking Constantinople or something that is a more appealing setup

Never thought I would care about an AC in Japan with Nioh 1&2 and Ghost of Tsunami but getting to play as Yasuke is pretty awesome I have to admit.
If this part will also have 30-40 hours of play, it is clear that it will not be worth buying. 70 euros for 30 hours of play is too expensive. Assassin's Creed Odyssey, Origin Valhalla was absolutely worth every euro. Instead, Assasins Creed Mirage does not cost more than 15 euros. It's very nice that you removed the level system. This is strictly my opinion.

He actually is a really interesting character that had a lot of ties with powerful people. and it's not like they made a random black character, Yasuke was a real person. also, why do you care so much about the race of the character you may not even be playing, if you opt for Naoe? kinda sketch...

Is not about Yasuke not being real, it's about he being one of the main characters, i was really wishing him to be part of this game, but i tought he would be your awesome wholesome buddy (like Wrex or Garus from mass effect) that stay with you the whole game.
Playing as him already tells you that because of the "choices" that you would be able to make in the game, he will have a poor writing.
Also he wasnt a samurai he was a retainer or Kosho.
I wish we had an undefined non-existent person as main character like odyssey and Yasuke as your main pal trough all the game, and ge to know the real mvps of shinobi and samurai like Hattori Hanzo and Miyamoto Mushashi (he could even teach Yasuke dual sword technique) so much wasted potential...

I found it hilarious, can't get mad, since I'm not Japanese. Maybe some Japanese guys looking forward to playing as a Samurai, this might get annoyed that their race was replaced. But personally, I burst out laughing at the reveal. This is digital blackface, and I'm all for it.
