- Get ready cuz were gonna Slide and Glide into all out , low impact, high intensity action. Thats right, this workout simply never slows down.
After a solid 20 minute super intense, low impact, cardio slide and glide segment, youll finish off with a Slide and Glide total body workout. And guess what? Youll do all of this with nothing but your Slide and Glide discs, a Firewalker band and a mat. Think its impossible for it to hurt so good? I invite you to join us and see for yourself!

This one reminds me of Butts & Gutts! The lower body is going to screeeeeeaaaaam for days following this workout! I am already scared of it!!! Woooo hooo!!!! Love the band work!
Their form(s) are so impeccable. Wow. I wonder why Cathe does not include more gliding bonuses on her DVDs? This one became a fast fave of myself and my husband.

I haven't done this workout yet, it looks like a booty blaster!!
I use paper towels on pergo type floor. I bought the slide thingies - didn't work for me. I have also used paper plates/facecloths/rags - nope. "Pick a size" perforated paper towels work best so you have a smaller piece.
is there anyway to do this at home?

Really a great sweating and demanding workout with those gliders whaouuu 👍👍 but why not doing it in real time with all the repetitions ? It would be perfect for me because no stop to do in the video as of the coach was here. A very little detail in factas regards to the great workout... only a matter of comfort.

How do you get the slides?
Try with towels on wood floors OR paper plates on carpets. Should work fine too. Enjoy !
Why not put the whole 20 minutes workout out for people to do. Looks like a good one.
Anyone else doing this at home with paper plates or washcloths?
+Sascha ~ Use the washcloths (or just wear heavy socks) on bare floors, use the paper plates on carpets. Both free. Win/win. :-)
