Funny thing, just a few hours ago I took a walk and saw some garbage lying right next to the garbage can. Idk why but I just thought of Seb and how he helped out to clean up in silverstone so I just cleaned the area around the bin. Felt good about that hahah

@@Uno.Numero Definitely, the first time I watched F1 was in 2019 and I started from the 2017 races, what made seb my favourite driver (correct me if I'm wrong) was at Interlagos when he made that huge comeback from last to 2nd and that fighting spirit in him really drew me to him compared to other drivers...Even during his bad year at Ferrari last year I defended him in the comments cause I knew he was gonna do better at Aston with a fresh start. I just hope that Aston works hard for 2022 with taking inputs from the drivers aswell to how to make the car better cause we all know that Seb's got a fighting chance for another championship and the flame hasn't died
Got to say I respect AM for letting Seb talk about these issues so much, including things that are basically a criticism of how F1 is run e.g. the calendar issue which I've seen him mention multiple times recently. He's been mentioning his concerns about the environment for years, and I can't help thinking a certain red team weren't keen to go with it (but obviously easier to do when your sponsor is BWT not Shell!)

I do agree that littering and the overuse of plastics in general is a major problem and when I can I too prefer to use my own bottle/thermo cup for drinks whenever possible but in my case originally it happened because I was annoyed to have empty bottles and cans in the car that I had to throw away later and there were quite a lot of them (and you can't really use them again). While he is correct that racing cars for a living doesn't correlate well with environment, it's decent to acknowledge it and it also helps spread the message having fame for this purpose. Also. Kids are mature and bring up good questions.
