That last step you do where you boil the jars for 10 minutes once they’re full I don’t remember my mom ever doing that step when she poured the contents into the jars and close them. She just set them aside to cool and wait for the pop, so can you explain or at least tell me here and chat what purpose that serves to put them in the boiling water for 10 minutes?
Im making apricot jam for the first time ever, and Im gonna use your recipe. The hubby just got done pitting and cutting them 😁😉. I only made jelly 0ne other time and it was good. But I forgot to buy the pectin at the store. Hope it turns out! :) Thanks for sharing.
Do u know where I can get the recipe paper they had in the sure jell box yr. ago? I can’t find mine and they do not put in boxes anymore. Thx for video.
Thanks for sharing! Mine are in the canner right now. I tasted a little bit. Tasted great but a little tart for me. I would love to have your kitchen. It's awesome.

In the water bath process is the water over the top of the jar and lids?

I think you are adorable. I love your joy in canning. I want to be like you!
How much sugar do you use in this recipe?
What elevation are you? Do you need to adjust time for elevation?
We're close to sea level.
Just add a few minutes for high elevation- Have fun and enjoy!
Thanks for sharing! This was very helpful as I attempt to make my first apricot jam.
