Thank you very much. I just got a tray for practicing at home. It does however feel pretty slippery. Do you have any advice on how to mitigate that?
On another note, I really like the high carry to use in the football stadium lounges, as it grabs more peoples attention to move somewhat out of the way.

If the tray is slippery put a damp cloth on for better grip.

I dont have acces to that kind of tray but you need to crouch down and lift with your legs.

Hold the tray on the points of your fingers.
That should take the strain off your wrist.
Your fingers will gain strength within a week but once thats fone you’ll not have wrist pain again.
