A: My parents found them at a yard saw

I am in awe and envy of your collection. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a collection of historical romance that was this huge! Thank you so much for your hard work on this video. I can’t even begin to imagine how long it took you to not only film this but edit it!
Bahahahaha it was a lot of work 😅 but I’m glad you enjoyed it!

AWESOME!! LOVED IT!
Thank you very much ❤❤❤
When you buy books on Thriftbooks, can you tell in advance if they have stepbacks? They don't seem to have any seller-loaded pictures. Ebay sometimes has seller-loaded pictures, though not always.
Hi! No, it’s a little bit of a gamble. You can’t really tell what edition you are going to get. Thankfully I have just had good luck. If you are looking for a specific edition I would recommend eBay because then you can always message the seller for details and they have a great return policy.
First thing first - watching your videos always brightens my dreary days! you're bookshelves are so pretty n colourful n I love them so much!!!!!
btw do you have a twitter, and if not, would you ever consider making one? (only bc I don't have bookstagram or anything n I'd absolutely love to follow you) 🥺💖📚🙏🏻
- oh and Happy Pride month 🏳️🌈🥳
Thank you so much for your kind words. I don’t have Twitter but I do have Instagram and TikTok @bookswithsamantha
Love it…..
Ok…1000 books make a library…Im just sayin lol 😝
Given that you posted this almost a year ago…you probably have an official Historical Romance Library 🎉
Yaaaasssss!!*^,^*
You are rich. Can I come to your house and check out the library. I only have one book shelf and I try not to be cluttered with the books.
i really want get into historical romance, but there’s so many series, so it’s hard to know where to start reading or if i can just read certain books in the series as standalones. if anybody has any simple recommendations i can just pick up and read without having read any historicals, please let me know! :)
I always recommending starting with Tessa Dare, who is what I would call "historical lite". Historical without the angst and laced with contemporary humor. The Duchess Deal and When a Scot Ties the Knot are both wonderful, and can be read as stand-alones.
I would highly recommend that you follow Sam's and Jessica's book club "Historical Hellions". That's how i got more into historical romance. Every month they pick a new book from a different author. So far i've loved most of them. I mean they started the book club on January of last year so that's 17 books so far and from those i didn't like only 2 or 3 of them. It's a great way to start. Also Crystal and Jen also have a historical romance book club called "The rake appreciation society". If you just look for them on youtube you'll find the live shows and all the info.
@@mj_libros thanks for the recs! i’ll def check out when a scot ties the knot, and i actually DNFed the duchess deal. the writing was good; i just don’t think i was in the mood at the time to read it
@@Georgia7Pap thanks. i’ve heard of their book club, guess i’ll have to give it a look! :)
Tessa Dare, Lisa Kleypas, Beverly Jenkins, and Joanna Shupe are all great historical romance authors for beginners. They have some standalones and some that are series.
I don't know what to do here 😶😶 my friend just shared me this video..I still don't know what I'm doing here
Why do all the guys in the step backs look the same lol
Fun fact: Leigh Greenwood is actually a guy
A lot of the authors used the same models 😂
