    Clay pots are not the easiest cookware to maintain, but the taste of the cooked food is well worth the effort!

      Does clay pot requires tons of oil? I know cooking in stainless steel need more oil for sauteing food.

      @@SG-wq4rm actually, stainless steel, when properly maintained and heated, uses very little oil.... same with cast iron...

    • @MySunshinesz
      @MySunshinesz  5 років тому

      I have never tried using on electric glass top stoves.. there are chances of getting cracks coz of direct heat temperature and also on what quality type of pot u vl b using.. glazed unglazed .. gas stoves go well with mudpots..that too on low to medium flame..to avoid cracks..

    • @MySunshinesz
      @MySunshinesz  4 роки тому +1

      I have always been using unglazed pots and find them very convinient.. The difference mostly between both is u don't have to season glazed pots and they r dishwasher safe. Unglazed pots needs to b seasoned first and cleaning is without using soap..
