You guys rock! I have seen too many videos that are lacking on the most important of details. Some of the mods can be intimidating. You eliminate the guesswork and make even us regular weekend warrior semi-mechanics feel comfortable. Good Job!
I think i would personally leave the stock tank fitted and use it as a reserve, using taps don't let fuel run from the top tank to the lower one of course
This seems like a nice "no-weld" kit but you're taking some liberties calling it "bolt-on". Why not have a bolt on rear bracket for the existing tabs? It would avoid drilling the frame
When are you getting in more mounting kits for the tank thanks it’s the only thing holding me up from finishing my trail master unless you have some laying around the shop somewhere
One thing I'd do differently, is for the tank, rear bolt. I'd drill the hole in the top of the frame, then weld a nut there. Then shorten the bolt. The frame would be stronger.
We will get into more Coleman upgrades. We are a TrailMaster distributor, so we naturally gravitate towards TrailMaster products since they are all around us.

Much appreciated! Thanks for checking us out!
can you run both tanks? These Mini Bikes are awesome on and off road! I just Love my TrailMaster Hurricane! stage 2 coming next weekend🥳
FYI I put your 98 cc engine on my Phatmoto. Wow what a difference it made. Really woke it up and haven’t removed the governor.
I bet you were flying on that bike!
I’m glad I seen a partv2 of this video I’m ordering mines with now the hardware kit asap after work
When they making this for the BT200X? Dual tube frame baby? We need a bigger tank too! 👌🏼
A-1. Salute. Super informative. I just hope they have enough kits available after this video.
Thanks for the feedback!
Ordering this kit next week. Going to run both tanks.
Just ordered the kit and tank 😉
Literally getting this tank on Monday
I used 2.5” stainless through bolts, with 1.5” steel spacers closing the gap in the middle between the gussets for the front mount. Pretty solid!
Thanks for the tip! Hope others find it as useful for their builds.
I'm never gonna have any money... Just take it! 😆
Love my tank! Do you have replacement gas caps available? I had an "incident " with the lock on mine. 😢
Will these work on a ct200u-ex
Doubt it. The front mounting brackets don’t have anywhere to sit on the EX.
Currently, just the TrailMaster MB200 and Hurricane 200.

Another great way to go!
I just fill my tank up with the above tank. I fill both tanks and I can get about 100 miles.
As always informative and well done video. Great Work.
Much appreciated!
Taylor and Flacco, what do you have in after market for baja warrior frames, have two I would like to do this with.

There in stock
Some crazy fast stuff coming? A new more powerful minibike?
Will this mounting kit work for a Massimo warrior mb200?

All your bolt on and add on kits for everything except the BT200X, how come no love for us Big Tubers ?

@@GoPowerSports Oh ok sorry i didn't know that
Can you put a splitter in the fuel line and have both tanks?
I like it!
Does anyone make a tank like this for a Coleman bt200x?
Our Unitank would be the closest one for that minibike: bit.ly/UniTankGPS
@@GoPowerSports just ordered thanks
If y’all every buy anything from go power make sure it’s right! They suck at returns!
Will this fit the Coleman RB 200?
Currently, just the TrailMaster MB200 and Hurricane 200.
@@GoPowerSports thanks. But I will be waiting for you guys to get one for the MEGA MOTO 212. How about a swing arm kit for the MEGA MOTO 212?
