- Final part of the assembly of the YAMAHA YZF 750. Mounting the fairings. Still to do are the oil and coolant levels, exup valve adjustment and finally the startup and carbs synchronization.

Wow!! It's like new. Great job. I can't wait to hear this thing running. I noticed so many similarities with the FZR1000 again.
Thanks Ken. I am really happy with the end result. The fairings have not been restored apart from repairing some cracks but no paint job. So it still has some scratches and small cracks here and there but I will leave it for now. Yes, FZ, FZR and YZF 750 an 1000 (Thunderace) have a lot in common.
@@jh-tech5546 From the videos, you can't see any flaws in the panels whatsoever. Can't wait to hear it run and to see you riding it!!

Thanks for the comment. For now I still have all the bikes. And would like to keep them in my collection if possible. I won't be riding this one I think. But I have restored it ready to ride.
Very nice job. Roughly how many hours did it take to re-assemble the bike?
Thank you! Good question. I didn't do any tracking of time but was curious too. So I took all the episodes at real speed and in total it takes 2 hours and 43 minutes. Of course that is assuming all the parts and tools are ready to grab. And also spending lots of time searching for the right bolt or nut on each component.
Really nice job, is there an opportunity to contact you and ask something specific about the hoses from the carbonator and fuel tank ?
