    The farinata looks great. I tried to make it before, but it was quite bitter. I guess the bitterness comes from the chickpea flour, but I'll still give this recipe a try, I hope it will turn out better.

      You have to use Italian chickpea flour. Different type of chickpea

      It could happen if the flour is old, alas there’s no way to know it in advance 😕. I solved buying it in a shop who sells organic stuff because I was fairly sure there would be more people buying it and I thought they would have “fresher” product. It worked, I hope it makes sense for you too 🤗

    Mi dai un consiglio io ogni volta faccio la frittata con la farina di ceci non mi viene bene perché forse sbaglio le dosi mi sai dire una dose per una persona la mangio solo io g di farina ceci acqua devo mettere perché secondo me sbaglio le dosi della farina e dell'acqua te ne sarei grato

    Fantastico 👏🏼 non ho mai cucinato la caponata di melanzane, ora sono obbligata a rimediare. Poi dicono che i vegani mangiano solo “insalata”, chi pensa così dovrebbe guardare questo tipo di video e tutte queste bontà.
    Per le pere ci vuole un tipo particolare? Le mangio raramente e so ci sono tante varietà.

    Even if in the sicilian tradition eggplants are supposed to be fried, it' s better to cook them in the oven. I mean it's lighter amd it' s good

    Wanna note that in the written version he wrote "Add maple syrup before the cinnamon. If you add cinnamon first, the maple syrup won't stick to the pears and will end up on the bottom of your baking pan." In the video he did the cinnamon first.

    Hello good job. I am Sicilian and I like caponata this name came from a similar recipe (for Rich people) made with Caponi Fish like mahi mahi). I use to put salt in the eggplant to purge it for a while and next Rinse and dry before frying. You can add a little cioccolato fondente.

    Oggi ho fatto la tua caponata. Il mio compagno ha detto, tra una cucchiaiata e l'altra direttamente dalla padella, che è una delle cose migliori che io abbia mai fatto. L'abbiamo mangiata sui gambi di sedano, su crostini di pane e con il cous cous. Già finita tutta. Davvero favolosa!!
