I have reviewed different videos to check English Grammar and use them in my classes. I have to say that Emma is one of the best: clear, dynamic and knowledgeable! My very best from A CHILEAN and USA resident.
Emma, You are one of the most natural teachers I have ever seen in my life. Eventhough u r not the most eloquent person, u have the intellectual ability to analyze and emphasize on every rule in the grammar spontaneously. We are proud of you Emma..!
I had just won the game!! :)) Anyway, I love how Emma prepares her lessons. It's not boring and at the same time very inspirational and motivating as well. I love how she naturally elaborate the topics in her lessons that's why I can understand better and catch my attention and also I love how sport her sister is they are both pretty! She is one of my favorite and the reason I watch EngVid. Keep up the good work Emma!! You're so smart and simple! I am humbly from the Philippines thank you and.. GodBless😇😍
I tried this with my students today.... We had so much fun. Teaching second language English. I asked questions such as Have you ever been arrested? Or have you cheated in a test? Etc... We laughed so hard. They will never forget the rule or the lesson. Thank you for a fantastic lesson plan
This topic , I think , is the only best way to help students to facilitate their spoken English . In French is called: " conjugation " which I seldom seen English teachers using it . So great lesson Emma ! I appreciate it !!!
A good lesson, really. When i was studying English in my past, some people said to me, that i had to keep track such word as "ever" (ever - as indicator of Present Perfect). Because when you see it, you must use Present Perfect Tense one hundred percent ).
Hi Emma, Please make more videos with your sister. This video is very interesting and helpful to understand the present perfect tense. I hope you will make videos with your sister soon.
Dear mam. I am really very fond of learning English with your guidance. It is reality of life that life is a battlefield where we need to confront with adverse conditions as 💨steaming water to pleasant conditions like 🌹rose petals by placing double barrelled military tank on straight forward path of ⚖⚖justice. I love the way you are engaged in this battlefield of life. Thank you.Umangsingh
Hello, Emma... I liked so much your class. You are very nice, creative and good teacher. I follow you about 2 months ago and I think that I learn a lot with you. Present Perfect Tense was very easy. Thanks from Chile to you and Audra (sorry if I wrote her name wrong)
You should have used the present perfect in your comment as a way to practice it , so instead of writing "I follow you about 2 months ago", you shoul write "I have been following you for 2 months". Best
Hi Emma. It is to tell you that I have learned a lot with the classes you share, even the pronunciations I have improved. I am Latino living here in the United States. my pronunciation was very bad now I have improved a lot Thanks for your teachings Felix
I think it is extremely difficult for a foreign learner of English to have a clear about the present perfect tense. A teacher can start like this .He can draw the picture of a leaf and say I have drawn the picture of a leaf. Rub the board and say l have cleaned the board. The teacher can ask a boy to close the door. Ask him"What have you done "?He will say "I have closed the door ".Who has closed the door? John has closed the door The teacher can create more situations and elicit questions and answers Of course the teacher has to teach the form of the verb used in the present perfect tense.
So amazing lesson, thank you both so much! Its easier now to remember, I won with just one finger left😁 You and Audra are so adorable! Wish you all the best!😇
Hello Emma my name is Ronald Phiri from Malawi. I really appreciate your teachings, I have been helped since I started watching your lessons on you tube
I've already experienced most of the things presented on your video. After the game had finished, i had 4 fingers up yet. I really like your method, it has excellence. You learn with fun. Can you make a video about present perfect and present perfect continuous?
One of the second to none tutor for me. I really appreciate to your teaching style. Today i also have learnt to much things from this video and also fortunately won this game❣️🙏
Can you please make a video on how to recognize Phrases and clauses in long sentences with many commas like the ones below. 1. One of these days, maybe soon, this trade war is going to end. 2. It will be a truly multipolar world, with Asia as one of its most domi-nant regions. 3. . Since the 2008 global financial crisis, emerging Asia’s combined GDP has grown 188%, versus 19% in the U.S. and 13% in the EU, according to the IMF. 4. Asia already has more billionaires, at 827, than second-place U.S. at 585, according to the 2018 Forbes billionaires list. 5. Without any grand design or pretense of shared values, Asia has become one of the world’s most economically integrated regions, second only to Europe, despite lacking a regional free trade agreement.
I enjoyed your game, it was so good, it was helped me to understand very easily my homework and completed me knowledge about how i can use the present perfect, I usually love watch your video and i love your way you teach english, keep it up. blessed i am from venezuela spanish speaking country.
Hi Miss Emma . I wanna thank you for your hard work . and letting you know that I've been learning a lot from you . you are a great teacher and I also wanna to add that I love your personality you are so kind and sweet God Bless you for ever
Hello. Thanks for the lesson. Why it's "have you ever falling in love "? But not "have you ever to fall in love?". Please clarify which one is grammatically correct? ☺
Hello Emma, I've heard that about present perfect: finished/unfinished connections to the present , Americans prefer to use: past simple and British use: present perfect. What about Canadians? ( more live Americans or more like British)
Thank you very much for clear explanation! Could somebody clarify last: it is no way to use present perfect in passive voice, right? Something, which was already done? For example: "TV has watched" is incorrect form, doesn't it?
Emma thank you very much for your lessons, y enjoyed . Im from Argentina and i dont practice my english since i have 14 . now i have 43 years old! thank you by
Hola!! Sos de Argentina? Yo también. Te quiero corregir en un error muy común: No es i have 43. Es i'm o i am 43. Es raro porque en español suena yo soy 43. Pero en inglés es así. I am, you are, she/he is, we are....
Hello Emma, I am teaching ESL now and I found your illustrations so helpful and clear. Thank you so much!
