And look at that, a brand new Joe Walsh tune. Life is pretty good, after all, even in the digital age. ❤
K totally agree with Joe That's why Daryls House is so cool Real performers jamming So cool it's like a front row seat..I'm such a huge fan!
Sounds great guys!!😊
"No mojo. No testifying..." I agree 100% with Joe. Grateful I grew up with real musicians and who created real music. ✨
Wise words, Joe. The pendulum will swing back eventually but not in our time, unfortunately.
this is the sound a band must have.... kids... learn from them
Joe is exactly right. The music today is garbage.
nobody's playing at the same time. and they all play exactily to the tick. and sing to the exact frequency. and nobody likes it. and very few people complain. and build somethin better. well. some people do. but not enough.
There've been bands that did multitrack recording since the technology was invented, though, and often for good practical reasons. Take Boston, for example--it would have been tricky for them to record _Third Stage_ traditionally, since every instrument was being played by Tom Scholz. :)
@@ZGryphon well yeah true. Boston's whole thing was acoustic perfection tho. Also why all of their later albums moooostly bombed. i really wouldn't mind hearing a live recording of Boston with maybe not the original thrown together band. But like what they got at Daryl's House - just imagine :)
@@SteveHazel Sadly, Brad Delp is no more, but Tom Scholz as a Daryl's House guest would be pretty epic.
