What class should we do next?
I’m obsessed with Pure Barre! I’ve taken more than 350 classes and I still feel challenged every time. It has also helped me to feel more in control of each part of my body. There’s so much emphasis on mind-body connection which I love!
You should also try their newer Define format which includes heavier weights (8-20 lbs), a wider range of movements, and different sections including some intense cardio pushes. You will leave the studio with your entire body shaking. For me, it’s the most challenging format by far and I think you’d love it!
