Another reason to have a trailer with the same wheel/tire setup/bolt pattern as the tow vehicle is that if shit goes really sideways, you have two full-size spares you can take from the trailer to hopefully get yourself off the trail and to get help. Being a van though, it's probably never going to come to that. edit: And then I get to the point in the video where you say this same thing 😂
Just a though. Fabricate trailer jacks mounts on all four corners to level without having to use leveling blocks. Would work great to stabilize it while camping too.
Talon, Your videos are amazing. You have a gift and I appreciate the time and effort that goes into creating your videos. I was not thinking of getting an overland trailer, but now I am. Lol. Thanks again!
very nice. I like the option of leaving it somewhere when needed. but have a fairly good self sustained systems for it too. water, electricity, food, fuel,... seem like a system that would be fairly easy to build onto
As someone who did a DIY Tear drop camper build, this thing is an awesome alternative. Don’t get me wrong the fully insulated cabin is hard to beat, but this is by far much smaller than my build(5x9). As well as this is much more capable off-road. I look forward to see how you plan to modify this beast.
I’m starting my search for a van and really like the ST. I currently have a Schutts Xventure XV-2. I was thinking of selling but after this video maybe its just better to hang on to it for sleeping spot for kids, hauling Dirt bikes, MTB and other gear. Thanks for the video. I noticed all the dust that collected on the tug of the trailer, bikes might be junk after just a few back roads. Awesome looking rig !
Woahhhh there Talon! Never would’ve expected you to try out a overland trailer! It’s sick….. BUT I prefer a small truck, aka a Tacoma and just a tent! Vans are sick too, and I guess if you had a family or friends, then this setup is ideal! It’s a badass setup but that’s a lot of gear (and $ lol)!
Hey Talon, You have done the diesel heaters but this rig would be perfect to test out the mobile a/c units that make it usable for the southern states.
Love these trailers it’s hard to want to purchase one though when you could get an “over landing” tear drop or something like that for almost the same price 13k is spendy for a basic trailer with a tent rack on it 😂
Pulled the trigger and bought the RMO display model this morning thanks to your comments and video, which pushed me over the edge to buy the trailer. Especially knowing the rear doors on my @vansherpa van will open with the trailer attached. I told Ryan the same. Thanks for your channel!
Talon love the content bro. Off subject question, but does your Apple Watch sensors work with your tattoos or do you have to keep the passcode/wallet features off. Keep up with the awesome content ! Thanks, Tony.
It doesn’t work great, I have to wear the watch super high on my my wrist. There are stickers to put on the sensor so it doesn’t lock over tattoos but I haven’t tried it yet.
Insane, insane, amount of room. Love the swivel hitch. Right on Talon!

I slide out kitchen would be nice to see. Bring a little more gourmet to the camping experience. Cooking with Talon!
My man has a traveling 2-Bedroom apartment. 😆
really digging that big tent *chef's kiss*
It could be your primary camping setup for a regular vehicle.

I dig the Leitner rack on the trailer … cool concept!
Had to come back and watch this after the tundra video😂
Of all the kit you have shown this is the most wow!
I’m thinking about every choice I made so far!!😂
This might be something I need. I was trying to decide on a pop-up camping or this. Can't wait to see what you do with it!

That thing is badass! Can’t wait to see what you do with it.
I can’t wait either, cuz I still don’t know what I’m going to do first 😂

Storyteller is definitely the way to go 🤘🏼
When’s the trailer getting wrapped? Yup !
Soon 😆
If I got that trailer, I’d have it set up with the sei free spirit tent

That trailer is a perfect place for Ashley and dog to sleep on nights they annoy you😂😂

Knowing it's not sexy, but ever thought about doing a camp chair review?
Neat little setup, are safety chains with rated shackles not a thing in america? Here in Aus every trailer must have chains and rated shackles

Can you sleep in that tent or any tent with the trailer unhitched and by itself?
How did you get that rack on there

Do the Rear Doors of your Van open up with the RMO trailer attached? Thanks in advance.
The sure do
@@TalonSei Thank You!

Very cool trailer!! I can see having several loud-outs for it. You are going to have problems configuring the trailer......too many choices.

Inside tour and why did you swap your original sprinter?
There's plenty of videos on this van already. Go watch them.
no estas usando mas tu cuchillo Mini hork horse
