Interesting Concept, Do you stretch with traditional screen stretching methods? My imagination is buzzing over this if no wash booth emulsion, films, exposure unit, but stretching the screens for every jobs seems like the biggest barrier to this. What solutions do you have for stretching mesh??? I bet the pre coated mesh is also very expensive compared to traditional emulsions.
Hi,this technology is great but when you responded to jesse padron you mean printing on the screen and not burning like conventional screen printing?..
You would still burn one screen for every color to put up on your press. With our technology there is no printing on the screen, we burn directly to the screen.
