Thanks for the video. What version of sdrangel are you using please? Mine sees the hackrf but is not giving me ATV Modulator option. I only have the ATV Demodulator for source devices.
That video file you choose.. 2:23 does that need to match certain criteria or do SDRangel handle that aspect, when making an analog transmission with it. been fooling around with my new HackRF and trying to make sense of analog video, and how it all works. i.imgur.com/4gLFe8h.mp4 have an old analog mobile TV with a tuner.. wanna try to see if I can reproduce what you're doing here on the PC (win) with SDRangel.

BTW don't forget to put a filter (lowpass or bandpass) as the HackRF sends out a lot of harmonics!!!
