Yes you are correct, but that one copy of revolver is from the 1990’s re-issue series. Those also had purple labels www.discogs.com/release/3364089-The-Beatles-Revolver
Not according to the head of capitol Canada. They only made up 3 or 4 mock ups and they never went out to the public. He even wrote a letter about it that you can google on the internet. It never went into production here. They were never even produced
Quite a haul... pretty good for a garage sale. 👍👌
Loved that vintage Angel/Pathe/Capitol inner sleeve... looks great.
It was a great lot. Wish I could have been at the sale were she sold the rest of her collection back in the day.
I believe there are 3 known Canadian Butcher covers. Nice finds!
Yes it was a low number and they were never released to the public for sale.
I think Paul White had kept the Butchers.I info in the past was tilted towards none ever printed.
Although they are common to find , as you said, I dont come across those Twist and Shouts here in California. Might be interested in one of them.
I always forget that t
Some of the capital 6000 series were only released here in Canada.
The Beatles reissues on Capitol with the Purple label is from 1977/1978 - not the 1990s.

Those purple label Beatles records sound pretty decent in my experience
I have always liked those as well as the green “target” labels that capital did.
The Hard Days Night you showed has "I Cry Instead" record label miss-print! I think 1st U.S. pressing, with "I'll Cry Instead" correctly on the cover?
I will have to re-check but most of the Beatles were either Canadian or European pressing, but thank you for the heads up. Cheers
then a Canadian 1st print/misspelling...
You said you bought them all out of garage sale but you didn’t say hey I paid this much pretty cool or it was worth it but no price sad
It’s been awhile, but I think it was around 8-10 each. Some were more.
@@timecapsuledunnville5133 good for you congratulations. I wish I could come across a good deal like that.
