The cake technique worked wonders! I softened the pellets with warm water, and added a tiny bit of fresh banana cut into small pieces, and they'd go crazy for the mix! Thank you so much for the tips!
@mohammedyahyaalraiez5546 I have african greys. What you wat to do is add some pellets and small pieces of banana into a bowl (for sweetness), and then pour hot water over them, and leave them for 5 minutes. A fter 5 minutes, mix everything well, and you should have a wet/doughy consistency. Make sure it's warm and not hot before serving. For the first few time, I had to feed it to them with a spoon because they had no Idea what that was, but after they got familiar with it, I add it to their food bowl, and they'd enjoy it themselves. P.s. I use rudy bush pellets, but just make sure to choose a good brand with healthy ingredients for your birds.
I just want to say a HUGE Thank You for making th9s video. I have been trying for about 6 weeks now to convert my quakers off seed and onto pellet. And within an hour of watching this video one of my quakers was tucking in to her bowl eating both seed and pellets 😅 my other quaker took about 3 hours before she started eating it. But both are tucking in as I speak. Like they have been ravenous for weeks. Lol. I love it. ❤️ xxxx ❤
Thank you from Iran it’s really work on my lovebirds
explaining the concept of habit for the birds was really useful! thank you!!!
