Terrific coverage of the car. The owner is local and runs our Super Lap event and couldn't be more of a helpful dude. I've been a casual racer since 2015 and he's one of the reasons I enjoy going out there so much. Always trying to show my support whenever possible. 👍

ive been getting more and more into time attack cars and this one is AMAZING....going fast in a straight line is cool but going around a real race track is way more impressive.

Don't do it. Preludes are already difficult to find parts for, that's why I sold mine. But they do handle like a beast so maybe time attack it

I wish I was able to be the first and only owner of my IX, lol! Love this damn car to death and it's been a hell of a journey over the past 8 years with mine, mostly downs but knowing the potential of it keeps me motivated to get it built and running correctly to keep that odometer climbing. These things are damn near extinct so we have to do what we can to keep as many on the road and track as we can!

What a great car what a great genuine guy to have owned it that long. I'm the same in the UK I've had a Mitsubishi FTO since it was imported since 2001 it's like my baby I could never get rid of it I've told my children it will probably be my coffin🤣 great seeing the Kaufman you have to do something with him soon.

@@ARMWRESTLINGCYCLINGFRANCE Well he said he went with a smaller turbo for response. Since PSI is a function of volume, a smaller turbo would run a higher PSI than a larger turbo while moving the same cubic feet per minute of air
@@brianj7787 I would call, if I remember correctly, a 78/75 a small tubro for the track. For drag yeah sure, but pretty sure you could optimize when tuning. It's not that rare to see, for example, a k24 with a 62mm hitting 550hp with 24ish psi. I know the K24 is a different motor, but its not so different that you cannot put forth the question.
