how does this compare to the cloud 9? I have a cloud 9 and a giddy up ultra wide saddle like this but they both really hurt my tail bone and my taint... I need something with good padding as well as distributes the weight properly
To me it looks like the wider seat would cut into the back of their thigh as they are peddling. Your test is great, but i don't believe your butt can tell how happy it would be by getting your test buddies to do a 10 second test ride around the parking lot. When i ride my butt is happy until my ride goes into the half hour or more then it's getting uncomfortable. Still I'll have to look into the wider seat for sure.
Exactly what I was thinking. In addition, the two test riders did not have their saddles positioned high enough. Their legs were not going anywhere near to straight on the down stroke. If they were to have raised their saddles, that would have caused more problems with the backs of their thighs.

My issue isnt it being wide enough. Its the two bones that sit on the seat that start hurting/sore after like 1.5 miles

I've seen now two people cloud 9 seat break . A pass on that! They must be using plastic somewhere or the metal snapped!
