New Rolling Cutter adjustment.
Some of us thief community on ROO Global Discord had concern about the new Rolling Cutter adjustments could be actually a nerf instead buff.
In this video we're gonna talk a little bit about it and conduct the usual Dummy DPS setups and compare it to our previous DPS test.

Increasing the multiplier though lessen hits is not quite a bad thing due to: 1. On PvE katar can now spam rolling cutter + cross ripper slash faster than before, improving katar dps on pve by some decent percentage (10-18% I'd say). and 2. On PvP, even tho with lessen hits, having a higher damage multiplier gives rolling cutter more of an edge removing PvP ward or Shields on GX initial attacks, than with lower multiplier and additional 2 hits of RC before.
This is definitely quite indeed a buff of GX burst capability, yet a nerf of GX's defensive mechanism, making GX a bite more vulnerable due to the lowered chance of deflecting status effects. Quite a fine "Balance" I would say indeed.
Anyhow. I wish to know your thoughts of having more SKILL DAMAGE BONUS for GX? Or would it still be better to have SIZE BONUS DAMAGE like the traditional way? Somehow I'm finding SKILL DAMAGE BONUS providing better dps now, than SIZE BONUS DAMAGE. Could you provide some insights about this?

When they reduce the hit of rc they should have increase the dmg of blindside effect of crs

agreed especially it seems that current katar katar +6 to get double CRS stack per RC hit is not working on spree state
