Hey, David! Word of warning - you cannot use lists that you don't generate on your own. If you want to be able to text someone they need to explicitly sign up to receive texts from you. You can't buy or use lists in any way.
We've found it to be incredibly successful. It's a quick and easy way to keep your customers appraised of market conditions, new listings, etc. Very useful!

However keep in mind that people need to opt in to receive text messages - you can't just make up your own list of prospects and blindly text them without their consent. Other than that, you can get incredibly creative with your messaging and approach

If you're getting text messages for something you didn't actively sign up for it's all but guaranteed to be spam.
