Solid video Steve. SMS is definitely effective and should be part of your 1st party data strategy. A direct channel to communicate with your customer is what gets you through bumps in the road like the iOS privacy updates.
Thanks for the video. With mobile provider becoming aware of spam, many are blocking SMS messages as spam so it goes to a spam folder. How do you combat that?
I'm not sold on sms marketing just yet. I mean, the ROI mentioned in the video does not add the fact that a human has to respond/reply and nurture those on the SMS list. While email broadcasting... well, this takes zero additional effort or thinking required when adding a few more thousand emails (or tens of thousands) to the email list. Then again, each business is different and testing sms marketing is something I should consider anyway.
bro,sms messaging can play a huge role in attracting customers while increasing your sales. With 90% of messages read within 3 minutes, there is no better marketing channel to communicate with customers instantly. Even if the economy is not developed, you can not have a smartphone to receive your marketing text messages
@@mywifequitherjob Thank you so much for the answer. One last question so is better to have postscript because it is based on the text you send and not the subscriber? I was looking at Klaviyo since it has both service but I see is based on subscribers.
Hey, Steve! Just wanna share that there is another way to send SMS for free. Businesses just need to get the SMS email of phone number and send it as a regular email. It will still be received as a regular text message then. A lot of businesses don't have an idea about this yet. Hopefully this helps to lower budget cost!

The solution is to segment your list so only interested parties receive the appropriate text.

Hi does Postcript works well with privy ?
Privy was acquired by attentive. So I'm going to guess that the two tools don't play well together
