Exceptionally well done and the coolest thing about it is that it is a one of a kind. So uniquely beautiful. You could just make an incredible living on those mugs alone.
I couldn't agree more! The craftsmanship is outstanding, and the uniqueness of each piece really sets them apart. It’s amazing to think about the potential of turning such beautiful creations into a thriving business. Keep up the fantastic work
Years ago my late father and I went to learn wood turning at a local sawmill until he got seriously ill. It was the most relaxing craft ive ever done. The teacher said he worked with cardiac patients to help them destress and relax.
That's a beautiful memory and a testament to the calming nature of woodworking. I'm sorry to hear about your father's illness, but it's wonderful that you both had that time together. Wood turning sounds like such a therapeutic and rewarding craft
Hi David this is a magnificent and unique travel coffee mug. The resin colour blue goes really well with the burls you used an they had lovely grain. You are a masterwoodturner thank you for a great video . Amanda xx
I’m so glad that he put the liner in. I was worried that he might put whatever beverage in directly on the wood and epoxy. Which would have been toxic. Very nice work
Very beautiful, and quite the artistic piece!... I even went to your website and considered buying one. But as a coffee mug, or cold-drink container, I'm afraid I'd be disappointed. I believe by looking at similar woodworking mug inserts online, that this is a non-insulated stainless-steel insert - that is, it does NOT have a vacuum or insulated layer to keep liquids hot or cold! Again, you've done an incredible job artistically, but functionally I would need it to be insulated.
Would you like some coffee with your cream sir.. Goodness gracious a perfect shot of espresso “looked like a Cafe Bustelo Latin coffee by the end” oh also killer cup!
That's not a coffee cup... it's a custom insulated travel mug!! Total surprise at the end. Loved it.
It’s not a mug either. Semantics, I know, but call it what it is.
@@neptuneisbleeding my point is I wasn't expecting the finish on it. Tied it together very nicely and totally food safe.
When you pulled out that tiny but legit cafecito machina I was like Oookaaaaay
You do such lovely work. Thank you for sharing
Very cool process, mug looks great, and we get to see the world's smallest coffee pot. 😊
Thank you so much 😀
That's a standard Bialetti 1 cup moka.
That is a very cool coffee cup! I love the colors. Great job, as always!
Thanks so much! 😊
Dude! That’s was awesome to watch and the final product is beautiful
Thanks so much!
Stunning mix of wood and resin 🎉❤
Thank you! Cheers!
Wht a hard work...coffee mug is a master piece

Stunning isn't even enough to describe this! What an incredible gift you have!
A gift? No. That is the result of years of experience.
Im always excited to see the varnish stage and how nice it looks with a stain
Looks like some Australian burl I have. Very nice.
It is!
Very nice... Finally, something other than a bowl.
I would love having one of those and it would never be in a garage sale. Beautiful art work👍🏻

Well done. Beautiful cup. Loved the tiny expresso maker too.
Thank you so much 😀

Could watch for hours. Sending love from across the pond in Boise, Idaho.
Beautiful 🤘👏👏👏
So pretty! Great job!

I’m so glad that he put the liner in. I was worried that he might put whatever beverage in directly on the wood and epoxy. Which would have been toxic. Very nice work

that rollerblade wheel jig is genius
Very cool mug, I love the color and the grain of the wood
Nice! I want one with clear resin and a glass insert
That would be far too natural looking for the average yanks's "taste" ... 😱😱😱👎👎👎
What a wonderful object! Congratulations
Thank you! Cheers!
Beautiful coffee mug David.
Cool cup. But that's surely not coffee. That's coffee flavored milk! Haha.
Great video. Great work.
Amazing cup, but thank goodness he's not a barista.
Capuccino is mainly milk with one or two shots of espresso. Not that weird
Love the color!!!!!!
That came out amazing, great job 👍
That’s really cool looking. Nice work.
Just a quick note. Mugs have handles.
Jugs have handles, mugs ain't ...
@@Baetzibaer its more like a tumbler
Much cooler and prettier than the Stanley mugs everyone is so excited about
The Stanley mugs are vacuum insulated though.
@@pstrap1311
So?
Vacuous and hollow inside, just like the people who are excited about them.
So, they maintain the temperature gradient longer, obviously. Which is a useful quality for a beverage container.
@@pstrap1311
You seem to have missed the joke.
I was thinking the same thing! A work of art, better than some mass produced garbage
Very beautifully made!
This was beautiful.

That's cooler than I expected.
Outstanding and what an unbelievable talent, sir!!!!
😲 👍🤙👌 🤗
So *that's* how you make it a useable mug. I was sitting here wondering how the heck wood and resin were gonna be okay to drink out of. :3
Absolutely gorgeous!

Ohh , purfecto ❣️
Wow, very nice New sub, and this is a first. Never have seen a coffee mug before. Well done.
That is very nice!
God’s greatest gift to us…..giving us the ability to create things with our own minds and hands. Great job!
That's beautiful. Maybe a matching coffee tamper for your espresso maker would make a good video?
Best Wishes, Brendan.
Very nice neo-kitsch vibe 👌
Fantastic 👍
Love it David. Those colors are my favorite!!!! One of these days I may get mine done😂. Great job as always
a video full of lessons, thank you
That is cool as $hit. Nothing better than hand made. Wish I had the patience and the talent for wood working. And of course, the equipment.
You want some coffee with that milk? Geeze lol
That’s a latte for ya 😊
Obviously, no. He doesn't.
@@keithpovec6462that's just le lait. Not latte.
@@keithpovec6462 definitely not a latte haha. There's more coffee in a latte
Beautiful.
Very nice. I'd drink my coffee out of that 😄
Good work❤❤
Well . . . That does it! Now I have to get a lathe.
Very nice!
Круто👍
Very beautiful cup, great job! A little tip though, don't tamp down the coffee in a Moka pot
cool accessories the lathe!
That’s awesome
Very nice Sir ,well done.
Do you do that for every cup of coffee you make?
Nice! Want one.
Beautiful
I'm gonna need 2 of these lol.
Puikus meno kūrinys 👍👍👍👍👍☕🥂
Linkiu sėkmės kūryboje.

Lovely 👌👌
Absolutely stunning David, would be a real pleasure drinking coffee from that
At least as long as the glue glues ...
Would you like some coffee with your cream sir.. Goodness gracious a perfect shot of espresso “looked like a Cafe Bustelo Latin coffee by the end” oh also killer cup!
You can use mold separator spray to prevent sticking resin to mold
