I made this today and it was soooo delicious! I didn't have a lot of beef so I added lots of extra veggies (cauliflower, small red potatoes and a bunch of swiss chard) and it still tasted like Bo Kho. I don't have a pressure cooker so I cooked it on low for a little more than an hour in a large pot and the meat was so tender. Thank you. This is my favorite Vietnamese dish. This recipe had more flavor and tasted better than at the restaurant. I enjoy your recipes, they are simple and easier to make than expected.
@@QuangNguyen-ng5zh is it ignorant or an open understanding. We don't speak the same languages and dishes are named differently in each culture. There shouldn't be any issues with that because it's food that brings people together and food that opens up appreciation for culture. Not really sure what your basis is seeing your two eye rolls above. Keep an open mind....it's just a name of a dish that's different or uncommon. Value culture instead of ignorance.
