Just want to add: walking quietly without intention is important too. In this video I'm only addressing how I solve big creative problems and develop ideas.
    P. S. Yes I'm shirtless. Vitamin D is the foundation of inspiration

I learned of the pleasure and piece of mind that comes from walking when I was very young. 68 now, and still going strong 💪.

I get in the deepest trances and channeling when out in nature I often talk so much to myself and it’s so seamless. So absolutely true thank you for the reminder

I can totally relate to this. Shortly after finding our dog, I thought walking him was an obligation. A few weeks into it, our walks ended up being the highlight of my day. These strolls in our normal suburban neighborhood became the most effective way for me to become grounded and to obtain a clear head. I can't recommend getting outside and walking enough.

Hey Kristian, i’ve seen a couple of your videos and admire your passion for philosophy. Just wondering if you already checked out some of Jordan Peterson’s work. I think he has interesting takes on Nietzche. He also has a very profound understanding of many stories of the Bible. I think you would like to explore the depths of the story of Christ. God bless you, greetings from Argentina!

    Hike far out ,
And sit naked for 20 minutes.
It opens your mind and body😊

Great Video! You are absolutely right, I was thinking about this same topic this morning, getting outdoors into some fresh air where the subconscious mind can connect and build thoughts and ideas. As you said there is adventure mode and correction mode, and I apply this principle when I am journaling my personal philosophical theories. The first draft is usually poorly articulated, a great idea poorly written. I then rewrite, and add and repeat, basically do a whole bunch of edits making my work more profound. Key Point: Nothing humans do is Great on the first try, it takes effort to refine our work and make it better, we are not perfect.

Byrd up!! Some of my best ideas and constructs came while wandering alone at a civil war battlefield that was huge, but nobody was ever there. I could walk around and talk as loud as I wanted, and my subconscious would present itself. It was truly profound. Much true.

I notice sometimes it’s beneficial and can help clarify a lot when contemplating something to not just think things over quietly, but to actually speak it out loud like I’m conversing with myself. Of course make sure you have a decent amount of privacy first so others don’t over hear and assume you’re crazy or something.

@udontknowhoiambutiknowhereuliv For sure. It's interesting that you say this today!! Haha. I've been having a super extra thought-flowy day, doing these practices - wrote a chapter, a poem, and a piece of a song - no idea where the ideas are dripping in from, but I'm not complaining ^__^
Hope you can find a place to talk to yourself REAL LOUD today!! :D :D

Hey man, I think your perspective on masculinity is very outdated and pretty much the same as the ideal that people like andrew tate are pushing. I believe that you have good intentions and dont hate women or anything like that. I think your misguided positions seem so logical to you because youre citing works of great philosophers, just not the parts that got them their great reputatiom. I apologize for possible missunderstandings in this message, english isnt my first Language. However id love to have a debate on the Topic with you, to further understand each others positions and maybe even convince/be convinced. For your information, I subscribe to the modern view on gender, that you critise in your Videos.
