Almost looks like there has been some truck traffic along the RoW.
Does CN, other than when called actively patrol, once in a while, to make sure culverts and the like are kept clear?
Any traffic is mostly locals on vehicles or ATVs.
As far as I know CN does no regular checks of the grade. I heard they check periodically by air, but I cannot confirm that. Those washouts I mentioned to you the other day were like that for several years before they were repaired, only were only repaired because I posted photos of the damage and someone alerted CN. There are a few sections near my camp (cabin or cottage) that flood in the spring, one in particular near Pearl that is really bad. I have not been there in a few years, but if nothing has changed it has been underwater since 2019. You can see that area in this video:
