Such a helpful video! I didn't realize I needed to check the sequence settings when exporting short-form videos! Everything kept coming out tiny and it was driving me nuts! Thanks so much!🙏🏿🤩
I was having an issue exporting my video from the new version of premiere. I was trying to use “work area” which is what I used to use all the time in The old versions but it kept messing up when I tried to do it in the new one. A minute 30 in and you gave me a solution to try. Thank you! I’ll keep watching to verify my settings. Just subscribed bc it looks like I’m gonna need you lol
I keep returning to this advice, and it continues to help. Particularly for your understanding on bitrate settings. I agree that the "Adaptive High Bitrate" preset works well for most purposes.
Nice one! I would like to know if we must manage extra settings if we have AE compositions (linked) in premiere pro. I was facing difficulty in exporting in such project and would love to see a video on the same. Thanks! 😃
Hey John great information! You def taught me a few things. quick question, can you expalin what a good dimension of the preset would be for facebook reels? Thanks
Hi there, I would try the same settings as Instagram reels. See if that works. I personally haven't uploaded to Facebook reels but imagine that it would be similar to Instagram.
I've tried all these in a short social video for a client and the quality still looks grainy as compared to the footage on my sequence, is there any reasons you think this could be?
Hi, sir! Is it possible to choose the image (thumnail) that will appear in Windows Explorer? Once my video is exported, I see my image rotated at ± 45 degrees. This image in the video do a rotation, but I would like that when we see it in the eplorer to be straight. I tried putting a still image for a very short time, but it didn't change anything and I don't like to have a delay before my image start rotating.
In the encoding setting, in some youtube videos they make the profile setting high10, in others they only make it high. Same thing with the level setting, some have 4.2 and some have 5.2 (I also see higher options at the bottom). What is the reason for these differences and what are the most correct options?
Thanks amazing detailed annd useful !! I’m wonderin just one thing .. when space for data storage is an issue well if i make many videos or feature films how do you manage to make files that are not to big while keeping a decent quality cos even with a bit rate set at 8 i am filling my hard drives quite fast Thanks
I really love your videos. Can you please help me with my export settings. When I export a single clip, it will have great quality but when I export the whole edited video, it became crappy even with the same export settings. Thank you in advance.

I'm not having luck with my video export. The project I require is 2 min 19 seconds. Why is the entire project with 1w min empty spaces getting exported. Even thou I selected the I and O?
To export a video with a smaller file size, you can decrease the bitrate. But also keep in mind that this also decreases the quality of the video. If you want a smaller file size while also retaining high quality, you can try the H.265 (HEVC) video codec. Just know that the video may not be supported on all media players. I'm glad it helped! Thank you! 😀
if you hold shift while moving the timeline cursor you can snap it to the start or end of the clip

Thanks for the help! I think updating the program resolved the problem.
nice one :D thanks to your videos I understand premier pro to a decent level now where I feel comfortable using it and creating my own workflow etc
i noticed that larger file size with higher bitrate perform better on youtube... might be wierd but it's what I noticed...
Interesting...
Nope ,its set to certain qualities like :26.75 by youtube.thats why 30 mbps for 2k is 30 mbps

I don't know why but recently the start of my video will be blurry for 1-3 seconds then went back to normal again with VBR, 2 pass bitrate setting

Hello do you suggest using the unrestricted profile level does it provides any improvement ?
How would you deliver a long 4k wedding video to a client? Pixieset doesn't support 4K and that's what i have been using.
Did you figure this out ?
Vimeo? YT? Filezilla?
@@MeAndMyOpinions_OverYours I have been uploading to UA-cam & Pixieset.
Thank you, I can sleep now.
