Malai Pudding Dessert Recipe | Malai Milk Dessert | Delicious Summer Dessert Recipe | N'Oven
INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
2 Cup Milk
¼ Cup Powder Milk
Mix Well
3 Tbsp Sugar
½ Tspn Cardamom Powder
Mix Well
Let it Boil
Boil For 5 Min.
Keep Aside
¼ Cup Sugar
2 Tbsp Water
Cook Until Caramelized
Boiled Milk
3 Tbsp Water
1 Tspn Agar Agar Powder
Mix Well
Pour
Boil Until Agar Powder Dissolve
Pour in Mould
Cool Down For 5 Min.
Spread Almond Slice
Cool Down & Keep In Fridge For 1 Hour

Didn't it turn out bitter on account of the caramel sugar. She had cooked it for long. Dud you caramelize the sugar that long and wasn't it bitter

Followed the recipe exactly but was disappointed as it did not solidify even overnight. (Used low fat milk - would that be the reason)

I tried it my turned out to be bitter so I suggest don’t caramalize more keep it light brown and add very low vanilla
@@adnankazi2215 you are right do not caramelize to a dark brown cook it less. Also add less sugar added earlier because it might get too sweet because milk powder is also sweet. Less sweet better for health
