Master farmers do require 71 farming, otherwise some of the high level seeds have a lower chance of being received. So maybe more of a high level requirement depending on who you ask.
I've got to say though I have had a lot of issues with the videos having to height requirements for what they consider mid-level and I feel your video is perfect for at least where I'm at and what I'm looking for so I definitely appreciate the work you put in, there was stuff here I never even knew was an option lol

I'd say Barrows is pretty mid level, even for 60 combat. Depends on your level but I recommend doing easy combat achievements for the ghommal's hilt 1, otherwise all the money you get back will be spent on prayer pots as prayer drains at Barrows very easily.

I'd say mid level is the average and most people tap out at 60 combat, meaning that there is 0 money makers PVM wise at mid level.
So 61-99 = high level? I think mid level goes passed 60
