I just wave because whether they laugh at me or wave back, I know somewhere inside the human brain will release endorphins and tell them that’s a good thing that happened. Just wanna make people happy, let them know they got a nice bike.
Yep....only difference is...I bought my street glide new. It wasn't much more expensive than the 5 year old one right next to it. But it came with a warranty. No accessories, no mods. Just me and the bike. Oh, and no true riding gear except a good pair of glasses. If I lay it down, I dont want to get back up. I'm already pretty jacked up, a lay down at highway speeds isn't something I want to feel for the rest of my life.
It was funny cause he described my riding to a T but I run a Yamaha fz6r which just can’t cruise. I might just get a cruiser now so I can fully immerse in the culture
I'm the last guy. I have a bike, ride it almost everywhere. I could care less about being in a group or going to meet ups. I'll wave at you, I'm polite but it doesn't consume me.
Harleys are a different grove all together. I ride sport bikes but when I tell my buddies I used to have a Superglide in my garage they almost always ask me why. I tell them my Harley was an always broken, slow, heavy, no handling, no stopping pig but it was also insanely fun to ride. If it's on two wheels, it's cool.
I'm the polar opposite I'm a die hard cruiser guy but once I get the cash I'll have a 90s cbr in my garage but for my first bike I'm hoping to snag a Yamaha xs650 bobber
That's strange I had a superglide and it was pretty reliable. Then again it wasn't carbed. Have a street bob now and no issues either. Had an R1 before making the switch. Love all 3 bikes
I've been a muscle cruiser bro, a metric cruiser bro, an accessory cruiser bro (my bike is 1 of a kind!), and a $40K Harley bro (also had a 2001 Ford F-150 Crew Cab Harley Edition which was basically a Ford F-150 with a Harley badge and an orange pinstripe down the side). But I don't care what kind of bro you are, if you're on 2 wheels, you're my bro!
Trikes are acceptable if you're pushing 80 and can't balance on 2 anymore. Spyders are not included in the conversation though and are an abomination lol
@@Steve61084 Sidecar accomplishes the same as a trike for the 80 year old who can't stand upright anymore, more storage space (you can carry your heart monitor and a medical kit - lol) and it looks a lot cooler! And it costs less! Trike conversions are ridiculously expensive!
I have an 80's metric cruiser. I recently got a newer fz09, but I just cant part with my old bike. nothing wrong with old bikes if you know how to keep them on the road
Muscle metric cruiser guy here. I ride a Suzuki boulevard C109R. It is the big brother of the M109R. Same powerplant same 240 rear tire stock hp is 128
+1. Occasionally I miss a wave due to spacin' out. Feel bad. All this waving shows the non-riding public we are together. Fk w/ us & you may have trouble.
Never heard a mention of a GoldWing ! Rode it everywhere for 20 years. Got tired of getting stuck on dirt roads now that I’m almost 70 - traded it for a KLR 650 !
"A guy can have a motorcycle without having it consume his entire life." Um, I ride a lot, but to me a car should only be used for grocery getting lol You'd save a lot of money that way. Not sure why people think it's unnecessary to ride a motorcycle a lot.
The gas mileage alone got me bacl into wanting to ride, I plan to get the beginner, Honda Rebel 500 and will keep It for evening rides alone a beach or somewhere quiet for a sunset to enjoy the bike even after I get an advance bike.
As a late 20s cruiser bro, I've always respected your channel popa yam. But you missed by far the most insane member of the cruiser community: the Dyna Stunter bro. These absolute maniacs will squid out just as hard as any sport or super Moto rider, but when they crack dank nooners they're doing it on a 600lb suicide machine that has no business even imagining it's front wheel off the ground
I rode sport bikes when I was younger but I love my Harley. My brother hacks on me because he wants me to buy an Indian/ Polaris. I really don't care how people view me for riding a Harley. I bought it because "I" liked it. I don't buy bikes, atv's or whatever based on what others like. That being said, you guys are pretty funny. Keep it up
I loved my Harley Road Glide when I owned it but had to sell it because it was too much bike for me and I stopped touring. In 20 years I could see myself riding a Road King again, if Harley Davidson Company lasts that long lol
I rented a harley road king this past weekend, first time on a cruiser, and it was a transformative experience. I definitely respect the cruiser life now.
“Some of them are even bigger hooligans than your average GSXR flip flop bro” V-Rod owner here. I feel personally attacked by this very relatable content 😂
The funny thing is that you said for almost every type of cruiser bro “he just doesn’t care” LOL. But being honest, I’m definitely the last. Used HD Fatboy, ride to work and some on the weekends. It’s therapy. And I love all motorcycles...street, cruisers, doesn’t matter. We’re all in this thing together
I'm with you! Been riding an Honda Vfr800 for 10 years, just bought a HD Road King. I ride because I love it. Give me whatever type of bike and I'll be happy!!
Riding for 40 all statements on harley quality are correct. BUT” I noticed these non us bikes (cruisers) just can’t stop trying to look like our American classic. That’s because it’s the original. So I think that’s why we put up with the quality problem. Stay strong USA ridin boys
I have a 2014 Harley Street Glide. I guess you'll categorize me as the 40k cruiser bro.But that cant be further from the truth. You wanna hate on Harley guys be correct. I'm a blue collar Mechanic that loves to ride. I grew up on crotch rockets but at my age I can no longer tolerate being bent into the fetal position for any length of time. However I still love to ride and wave at anyone on two wheels and will stop to help you if your broke down so if ya wanna dirt on people who ride something other than a crotch rocket you should remember that no matter what we ride we all share the same love of being free and in the wind. Ride safe
Yep I use to ride sport bikes and still own a honda cb 919 hornet naked bike but also have my street glide that I cruse with the wife on and ride with my cuz he also owns a sport bike and a big cruiser. We ride bc we love to. I got rid of my full on r bikes bc I also dont have the desire for the riding position any longer. I wave at anyone on two wheels and dont judge u by what u ride. I might by how u ride bc goon riding is stupid and no place on public streets but what u ride is your choice. But I do love how some of the so called sport bike guys always make out harley riders to be the ass holes but the bash on the harley guys in videos so who is the ass hole exactly?
@@TekZombi I see more and more you tube channels that just want to hate on Harley guys. They say we are all old and slow. They may be right but I have riden everything on two wheels from the time I was young but this goon wants to categorize me because as I've GROWN UP my tastes have changed. I still love riding and anyone who rides is a kindred spirit in my mind I dont care if you ride a Honda Rebel I'll wave at you or help you if I can. We are all brothers and sisters in my opinion. Incidentally if we pay attention to this guys handle he does have NOOB in his name which says to me he hasn't been riding much of anything for very long.
I grew up riding whatever I could afford. Dirt bikes, Japanese street bikes, crotch rockets, whatever i could, until i could afford a Harley. Then i never looked back. Not because I thought it would make me more cool or more badass than anyone else, but because thats what i like. I had a group of friends that all rode together for several years. Myself and a couple others had Harleys, a couple guys had rockets, one had a custom built chopper, one a home built cb 750 cafe racer, and one guy had an 81 Goldwing. None of us cared what the others were riding. All we cared about is that we were riding together. We were family. Brothers and sisters. If one of us broke down, the rest were right there trying to help get the bike going again. If one of us needed a bike, someone else had one to loan him, just to keep him on the road. We rode together, we drank together, laughed together, and when tragedy struck we, cried and hurt together. I dont know why this guy feels like he has to bash on Harley, and Harley owners. I cant help but think that limited experience in motorcycle community mostly comes from being to scared to venture far from his small corner of the world......and Sons of Anarchy episodes. Hopefully when he grows up, he will have the chance to experience the camaraderie and brotherhood, that the majority of us have had the pleasure of enjoying throughout our years of riding. No matter what color we bleed!
The $40,000 harley dude is the most important. Afterall he's usually the guy with the 20 yo harley in his garagre with 5,000 miles on it because he washed it more than her rode it.
Mine cost me 30k new in 2009. It's a matte black (denim black) Fat Bob it's now done 65,000ks and i ride it in the rain so its only been washed probably 4 times. And I wave to anyone in 2 wheels. Probably because I also have 2 Vespa's and 2 Lambretta's I ride.
I wasnt stupid enough to buy a new Harley for $32k or higher. I have had a load of new motorcycles including Honda, Yamaha, Harley (very first bike was bought new) and Suzuki. I currently own a 2018 VMax and 2016 Ultra Limited. The Ultra Limited was bought in Dec 2019 for $18k OTD with 15 miles on it. The bike is a money pit, but I knew that before I bought it. I only bought it because it was like getting a new Harley for half the price of new. Of all the bikes I ever owned, the only one I regret selling was my 2006 Hayabusa Limited. Absolutely phenomenal bike. Of all the bikes I have ever owned that I regretted, it would have to be the Harleys. Performance is shit, expensive to maintain, need to replace a million parts and has a higher breakdown rate.
Funny how most moto guys in USA look down on scooters even if it's a burgman 600! Can't we all just get along 🤣.. love my little 50cc scooter but getting back into motorcycles definitely will buy metric something like a v Star shadow or boulevard.. of course hardcore Harley guys will look down on me.. but I don't care.. I like reliable and affordable..over sitting on the side of the road...BTW in Europe and Asia scooters are considered cool... And I definitely love them also
Nothing more American than buying Japanese! Tell the HD shit talkers to get an American cell phone and TV before they talk. I ride an SR400 and Yamaha Bolt and fit right in.
I personally like the Harley Davidson night rod, but I don't really wanna show any brands or try to be rude to people for not having a muscle bike like I do. I also don't wanna blow a bunch of money on it
I have a "discontinued indian" as I ride my victory like I stole it, still polaris products. I still feel since they are producing indian they should reintroduce victory, would still be more American than a harley is anymore.
@@andrewsavage1872 love Victory! I still hope to buy an 8 Ball as a bar hopper - tho I have 16 apes on my Chief, I feel like it’s a lot bigger and cumbersome than some 8 balls I’ve seen. I wish they brought Vic’s back too.
Its black upon black, upon black. I still have my beginner bike too, 98 Suzuki vs800. It was a gift from my brother before he passed away at 25. No amount of money in the world would pry that bike from me, it's going to get rebuilt and bobbed this winter.
I’ve ridden since I was 14 years old. My first bike was a Honda 65. After that I rode a Suzuki GS 550, a Sportster, and a Yamaha V Star 650. I’m now 66 years old and a couple months ago traded the Yamaha for a Heritage Softtail. Feels good to be back on a Harley. I say ride what you like and enjoy the two wheel fellowship.
🙋🏻♂️ I’m a cruiser bro, I bought a ‘94 Honda Shadow for 1,400 and I’m still happy with it. Just put white walls on it last weekend and the compliments keep on comin. 😎
I ride a cruiser, I’ll never think sport bikes are cooler. I look at cruisers as hot rods or muscle cars - slower than a sports car, but you buy them for the torque, look, and sound. I am definitely open to trying a sport bike, but I rather hit a track. No interest in riding a sport bike maxed out on the roads with other cars around. It’s hard enough not to speed on my 550lb 1200cc small v twin
I am a Japanese girl living in Scotland. As a former bosozoku girl I have always ridden powerful cruisers that I have stripped down to a custom bobber. I am currently on a personally modded 96ci FXDB Street Bob but I have become increasingly disillusioned with Harley's build quality and innovation. When lockdown is over I am buying a Yamaha XV1900 and doing a custom black bobber job on it.
Did you just say your 1200cc v-twin is small? I get it, there are bigger cruiser engines out there, but just a friendly reminder - I am a european 125cc A1 wretched cruiser bro :D And I still ride the bigger roads and struggle to keep up with the traffic, even though the sound it makes at 60mph makes me think of farting out broken piston pieces through the exhaust.
I’ve found that if you’re into bikes, you probly fit into several of these categories at different points in your life. I’ve done dirt, metric, harley and back to metric again. The one constant is I’ve loved whatever I was riding at the moment.
I can say that after a long time of wanting a bike I was finally able to buy one I got a Vulcan s and I’m striving to be the bro that “rides the hell out of his bike bro” I just want to chill and ride around this is my 1st bike and so far no regrets the only one is not buying it sooner!
I've enjoyed your vids for a while. I have experience in two of you cruiser categories. I qualified as Metric Cruise Bro twice. Once with an 04 V Star and once with an 05 Road Star. Don's judge too quickly on reliability. Both of them were mechanical nightmares that saw as much jack stand time as on the road. I now have an 09 Road King putting me into Midwest Cruiser Bro domain. Wasn't specifically looking for a Harley, but it was in good shape at a good price. I've had it for three years and all I've done is regular maintenance and replaced the chain tensioner. I don't care what you ride as long s you're on two wheels and you not being a douche. Keep posting, Yammie Noob!
My dad is a cruiser bro, he waves to riders, wholesome, the bike doesn't consume his life. But it is a very fun machine he likes to play with. He had all the gear and wears it all the time, sometimes he wears more modern equipment but he likes the bucket helmets. He is a really cool dude.
You forgot Driveway bike washing, 0 mile riding bro, Cruiser hooligan bro, Balding mid 60's Rap-blaring big-wheel-bagger bro, 50 miles per year but always posturing in a cut at the bar bro... I'll stop there for now. There is half of another video for ya pappa Yam. Me? I'm a sportster bro... A breed unto itself
I clean and polish my superglide alot. Only ride couple of hundred miles a year. And I ride alone. Where do I stand as a 56 year old with hair on my head.
I once went to Daytona speed week. Every street was lined with parked Harleys, tens of thousands of them. Soon I realised that most had been trailered to town, not ridden. In fact owning a Harley is more about joining a club than riding which I think a lot of them don't enjoy. Not surprising as hogs have been truly described as a piece of agricultural machinery disguised as a motorcycle.
Now the takeaway from this is that all those posers that buy Harleys eventually find them collecting dust in the barn or garage and decide to sell them and you can outright steal them Harley's never die they just need a little TLC hahaha
True for the most part!!! I ride the shit out of mine, 4years old never been on a trailer, dont do those bike week gigs, or sturgis, a loner for the most part, I love my freedom and solitude, 700 to a thousand mile ride isnt rare on a whim , it's about the freedom and the folks one meets on the road, not about getting in a crowd of thousands to measure pecker size lol
"Metric cruisers" are called metric not because they define their displacement in cubic centimeters (Harley also does this with a lot of their bikes like the 883 and 1200), but because the nuts and bolts and other fasteners of the bikes are in metric (centimeter, millimeter) , rather than standard, sizes. Harleys historically used standard US sizes (inches, feet, etc...). Truth be told, though, even Harley now uses a lot of metric fasteners in its bikes.
Your cruiser videos are always on point. My brother has blown tons on his Harley over the years. Next bike will be a sport but for now I just love riding a comfy metric without it always screwing me without asking.
The other day i had 4 Harley cruiser bro's actually do the two fingers towards the road to me first! Absolutely floored me while i was riding my NC750 with a high vis vest and full riding gear.
I love riding a Harley....hate the culture around them. All I’ve ever had was a Harley but I never fit into the black leather crowd and their Halloween costumes. I’ve always rode my Harley and done my own thing
I am sort of with you man, I ride a BMW 09 1200rt, used to ride Japanese, British and a Harley in the 70's, my bike is real quiet and I do wear a leather jacket and pants in the winter here in south Tx, I'm not trying to fit into any bike group, just have fun and feel free riding, I could not afford even a used Harley or I'd be on one, I can't believe how much even the older one's cost, Japanese bikes cost so much less and can look just like a Harley, the Yamaha's have the V Star which looks the most and has the very best Harley sound but my bike was in my price range and BMW's just look so odd even to me but I sure do get an awful lot of compliments on it from every one, it looks black but is a very, very dark metallic grey, I don't like the color at all, I like cherry red or candy apple red better but I didn't buy it new, BMW's are so darned advanced and so are Honda Goldwings now, have fun and stay safe all.
Me too. Bought a street bob 4 years ago and have ZERO harley friends. Lots of Ducati and sport bike friends but after 4 years have never once ridden with another Harley.
@ I am definitely not a " biker" that's for sure. I'm just a farm boy who enjoys riding a Harley. I can climb off a tractor in overalls and go right to riding a Harley without having to change clothes. I will never understand the biker thing. A " motorcyclist" as you say is more fitting. Been that way for the 17 years I've been riding a HD. As a result I usually ride alone though because I don't fit in with the " bikers"
You forgot one of the bigger groups. I've owned 38 (street legal) bikes. Mostly Japanese, but there have been Harleys and even a Moto Guzzi. Most of my bikes were in the sport category until I was in my mid-40s, then my back just couldn't take it anymore. At 54 I'm nowhere near ready to quit riding, and the metric cruisers fit my life now. My V Star 1300 tourer still runs 13 second quarter miles, so it's not fast but it's still quick enough to be entertaining. It stopped and is around a hundred and thirty unless you're the windshield on and then it's 120s. It's comfortable, reliable, and not as overpriced as a Harley. So I guess put me in the Aging motorcyclist, midwest, metric cruiser list. I think you'll find there's a lot of us out there.
I live with a speed cruiser bro and he’s as much of a goblin as I am with my sports bike. He just got the FXDR and is loving it. I sent him this video and he just cackled.
I am a Japanese girl living in Scotland. As a former bosozoku girl I have always ridden powerful cruisers that I have stripped down to a custom bobber. @@ericonnen4367 I had wanted one the first time I saw one and didn't even know what it was for a bike. I saw one in pictures a friend took on Facebook and ended up finding one after browsing a few area dealerships websites while looking for a new bike
You also forgot the "giant bigwheel bro", his favorite memories were cruising his bigwheel in the kindergarten so he build a giant one for 40k out of a Harley bagger and is riding around all proud ... even though everyone can see its a giant bigwheel.
I have the original Vmax competition, which is so often forgotten these days the Sabre. 125hp and 75ftlb isnt crazy by todays standards but she still pulls a 2 second 0-60 if youre crazy enough to try she taps out over 150, not to bad for a bike older than most of the guys watching me from their gxrs
I’m the lone wolf. Which wasn’t even mentioned. I couldn’t care less about everyone else’s groups, I had enough friends before I rode. The only new friend I have now is the road ahead. EDIT: lower snarky from level 8 to 6.
Many others and myself rode sportbikes in our younger days. We would do good at riding them for about 5 mins now. When you kiddies get older, you will understand that & when you are really old you transfer to a trike. Each bike is made for a different purpose. I can average around 400 to 700 miles on a weekend ride and can ride across country. As long as your knees are in the wind and you enjoy it; doesn't matter what you are riding. Respect and Ride Safe
from wisco, i dont have any motorcycle related shirts. i ride my bike everywhere and im not even old enough to drink...legally. but like everything else, anybody here thats not old and cranky we really dont giva damn who we ride with. from group rides with dual sports and cruisers. its awesome. oh and i ride a bobbed out 81 honda.
Great video. Spot on. I opted for the BMW K1200LT. And, yes, I had a Rocket III and a Victory Sport Cruiser. Loved them all. Was going for a Harley and the BMW won, Reliability for me is the most important now.
While I am bikeless now, I was a midwestern 80’s metric cruiser bro. Paid $1k for it, wore a full face shoei helmet, and commuted to work on it in MN and enjoyed sweet corn and beer on the weekends.
I ride a 2014 Triumph America...Basicly a Bonneville, stretched about 4 inches and lowered a couple. Feels like your in a rocking chair. The most comfortable bike I've ever been on. It also handles very well on the highway or around town.
For the record, as a British Cruiser Dude, at least in the heartland of this great Nation, we are so few and far between with such an awesome beast, that we are accepted by all the other Cruiser Dudes, or at least all that we would ever want to associate with. Of course with the twin parallel, we are often asked if our bikes are already running because they purr so perfectly.
my Hoodlum is so quiet at idle, that when I'm on a rideout I have to revbomb it just to hear (or rather feel) the engine and make sure it's actually running.
Yep I rode Honda’s for about 30 years. With my age being a factor I’ve settled down to a 2010 Harley cruiser. It felt like a slug at first then getting use to the weight. After a couple months I get around ok but I need more practice at slow speeds.
This helped me realize, being a Honda guy, already owning a beautiful , silky smooth 2011 family sedan Accord and now nearing my mid life crisis, it has planted me a spot in metric bro category. Here for the ride and the feeling of freedom. I’ll wave to everyone on 2 wheels like an idiot despite being told numerous times I can simply point two down and regardless of the eye rolls from the cool guys. I’ll need to wear a full helmet so you can’t see my stupid ear to ear grin. You may not be excited to see me. But I’ll be excited to see you, stay safe.
Lonestar Ranger That's right. Why care what anyone else rides? Pretty damn boring world if everyone rode the same thing. Can have a favorite, but still appreciate all and respect all who ride.
I'm a 80s metric cruiser bro. Bought my 81 kz1000, wear my full face, wave at all the 2 wheels I see and just finished a nice ride with a buddy riding a Ducati yesterday. In my mind, the phrase "can't we all just get along" from spiderman 2 on GameCube just plays in my head as I ride.
My friend, an r1 with full race headers and flow through exhaust is way louder than ANY cruiser. I know I've had the r1 with said setup, and have a harley with full Vance and Hines exhaust...
Dont really care what ya ride I'm still giving ya the 2 wheels down sign driving by ya. As long as you have a smile on your face riding that's all that matters
Started out 40 years ago as “broke” 80’s cruiser guy... I’ve run the gamut over the years From an H1triple two stroke to a couple XS400’s to a kz11, a GS11GK, VF1000R, ZX11, finally graduated to buying a new FJR and now have settled down with a C50 boulevard that is a bit tame but keeps me safe and ticket-free. Like someone else said: I’m the Lone Wolf category... I have always had a company truck and generally have been a bike only guy who does epic relocation tours about every half decade, ride when and where I want, got the camping gear to pull up stops and roam, but also just enjoy going for groceries, being stoic and prepared for rain or cold. The cruiser, which performance-wise is probably the worst of the bikes I’ve owned, suits my needs and gets more spectator love than any of the others...it used to amuse me when they’d oooh and ahhh over the Boulevard and completely ignore the costly bad ass FJR in bright red next to it. Post Divorce, Bankruptcy, and a courtesy-of-Covid stroke, I’m just glad to ride...anything... and I guess I’ll be the “broke metric bro” all over again. (Although, thanks to the divorce, I’ve once again got my eye on the market for a sweet deal on the next one).
6:32..... Kawasaki Vulcan Nomad1500 proud metric bro here! And what he said right here is correct. I spend little to no money per year in repairs, other than regular wear and tear. Brakes, tires, oil, but that's it. In 15 yrs I've bought 3 bikes for a grand total of 6300$ and rode em till I sold em with little loss. I've put more money into aftermarket add ons than repairs! Never any oil under em either! And I sleep like a baby with no bike payments..... EVER....
Dedicated Cruiser Bro here, personal weakness for Harley-Davidson but mega-respect for anyone who takes the risk and responsibility of getting on two wheels with a motor attached. I'd say I fit closest to category #7: the only accessories my bike has got are an S&S carb and the after-market pipes, and everyone, mopeds and otherwise, gets the nod. Think this channel is a wonderful meeting point for like-minded individuals, and look forward to years more commentary/instruction.
As a 1200 Roadster bro, you know that I know, good suspension and brakes matter almost as much as monster midrange torque. *Thinking about doing an all-out adventure bike conversion on mine; the HD adventure bro is a rare breed indeed.
Hahah love this im currently restoring a 1981 yamaha special 650. It was given to me by a buddy of mine said i can fix it i can have it i plan on making a series on it. It is also my first bike so im excited for that. Long story short i would love to have some pointers both on the bike and riding it as well as on making youtube content. Have a blessed day

Manscaped is a sponsor..lol..enough said.
So no trikes?
@@LeeKirkman88 Ha! No - no trikes! Sidecars are acceptable though! ;)
Very true lol. I just know if I see a really old man on a harley or goldwing trike I wouldn't give him too much hell.

I’m the 80’s metric cruiser because I’m broke dude. I enjoy my ride even if it doesn’t please everybody else.

I have an 80's metric cruiser. I recently got a newer fz09, but I just cant part with my old bike. nothing wrong with old bikes if you know how to keep them on the road

And... as a Honda rider.... I always wave back, brother !!
Yessir, spot on
+1. Occasionally I miss a wave due to spacin' out. Feel bad.
All this waving shows the non-riding public we are together.

I ride Harley and wave at everyone on 2 wheels... it's not about what your riding.. it's about enjoying the freedom of riding..

Never heard a mention of a GoldWing ! Rode it everywhere for 20 years. Got tired of getting stuck on dirt roads now that I’m almost 70 - traded it for a KLR 650 !
Hell ya!
Goldwings are Touring Broomers (Bro + Boomer = Broomer)
Did the Goldwing actually have a reverse gear? That is what I heard somewhere. They looked like the most comfortable bikes.

Um, I ride a lot, but to me a car should only be used for grocery getting lol You'd save a lot of money that way. Not sure why people think it's unnecessary to ride a motorcycle a lot.
Its literally more necessary if you really break it down
The gas mileage alone got me bacl into wanting to ride, I plan to get the beginner, Honda Rebel 500 and will keep It for evening rides alone a beach or somewhere quiet for a sunset to enjoy the bike even after I get an advance bike.
I'm a cruiser bro myself, thanks for adding another Cruiser video. I sub to your Channel about 2 months ago you're awesome keep up the good work man.

In the wild, the only examples of this bro are seen either leaving the bar or riding in the copter late night after yet more "socializing"

As an early 20s cruiser bro in the exact situation as you. I agree 900% when I was stationed in Hawaii those Diehard Dyna Bois were a nightmare.
Dang I didn’t know I was a Midwest cruiser bro. You learn something every day

Right there with ye! We must be great!
Ope.
Same here. I was worried I didn't fit in any category up until the end, then the Midwest cruiser bro was listed and it felt like home.
I rented a harley road king this past weekend, first time on a cruiser, and it was a transformative experience. I definitely respect the cruiser life now.
The Road King is too rational and all-around competent to really qualify as a cruiser. It's what used to just be called "a motorcycle".
Bought a Honda Shadow for my first cruiser earlier this year and couldn't be happier!
Whammy Lube, please never stop putting classical or baroque in the background of your videos.

Same, I've ended up with several Honda & Harley cruisers but my heart is still in Sports bikes.
Riding for 40 all statements on harley quality are correct. BUT” I noticed these non us bikes (cruisers) just can’t stop trying to look like our American classic. That’s because it’s the original. So I think that’s why we put up with the quality problem. Stay strong USA ridin boys
My endgame is to have a bagger, liter bike and a 2 stroke dirtbike in the same garage.
Ride safe
All this guy does is bag on HD for some reason, i don't understand the hate.
TekZombi I think he’s just biased because he pretty much only rides sport bikes.
Hey, you been peekin?
Mine cost me 30k new in 2009. It's a matte black (denim black) Fat Bob it's now done 65,000ks and i ride it in the rain so its only been washed probably 4 times. And I wave to anyone in 2 wheels. Probably because I also have 2 Vespa's and 2 Lambretta's I ride.
Vinnie Conklin I ride a $41000 2016 Ultra Limited CVO with 58000 miles. Don’t wash it often enough but it is pretty when it’s clean.
Is a 2019 Fat Boy for 19,000 good or not?
At present I'm riding a Harley, but I consider myself a Motorcyclist and any one on two wheels, even scooters, are alright with me.

You need to try a naked bike with a proper exhaust. Torque, sound, looks, reliability, comfort, speed, price it got it all.
I'd switch from my cruiser to a liter bike.. it's all about the rider..
I am a Japanese girl living in Scotland.

Sportsters are great. I've ridden both Harleys and Metric bikes.
Not surprising as hogs have been truly described as a piece of agricultural machinery disguised as a motorcycle.
dude i live in daytona (aka dirtona) and most of the locals hate bike week. it's just a bunch of old boomers flaunting their money and riding drunk.

The more you know. 🤔
Yup! Now where the EF did I leave the 10mm?!!
Thank u captain obvious
Recently had to adjust my brake and clutch cables after a handlebar swap. Bolts are 12mm.
883 and 1200 are ORIGINAL.
I’m a Harley guy as well.... and fit in to your category as well... I think the costumes are hilarious especially the his and her match crap!
That's sexy
I'm regrettably the '80s cruiser guy. Mine broke down today halfway to work
Parts are way cheaper than payments, inconvenient as he'll though.
Had 1 go by me today, not sure of the year but saw the badging. saw it coming in my mirror and thought fuckin nice looking bike.

I'm 56 and can never get the rush out of my blood. HD putting out 115 HP so it's fun as well.
Midwest cruiser bro here used road glide only Harley shirt I own is one dealership gave me free when I bought it 👍
right? love how he got that so accurate
lmao im the same way only have the shirts from bikes ive bought
Ohio?
from wisco, i dont have any motorcycle related shirts. i ride my bike everywhere and im not even old enough to drink...legally. but like everything else, anybody here thats not old and cranky we really dont giva damn who we ride with. from group rides with dual sports and cruisers. its awesome. oh and i ride a bobbed out 81 honda.
You got a shirt? I got a bell xD
Great video. Spot on. I opted for the BMW K1200LT. And, yes, I had a Rocket III and a Victory Sport Cruiser. Loved them all. Was going for a Harley and the BMW won, Reliability for me is the most important now.
Kawasaki cruiser bro here.2014 Kawasaki Vulcan 900 custom. Love the comfort, price, and lack of maintenance.
Kawasaki Vulcan 900's Rule
While I am bikeless now, I was a midwestern 80’s metric cruiser bro. Paid $1k for it, wore a full face shoei helmet, and commuted to work on it in MN and enjoyed sweet corn and beer on the weekends.
mn here too
I ride a 2014 Triumph America...Basicly a Bonneville, stretched about 4 inches and lowered a couple. Feels like your in a rocking chair. The most comfortable bike I've
ever been on.
I'm from Germany and I'm doing my A1 license and i bought a daelim 125ccm f im really excited!
is there a limit on the size of the engine beginners are allowed to have in Germany? we have no limits here for beginners!
I have no idea. But i think there are.
Yep I rode Honda’s for about 30 years. With my age being a factor I’ve settled down to a 2010 Harley cruiser. It felt like a slug at first then getting use to the weight. After a couple months I get around ok but I need more practice at slow speeds.
You can come ride my Magna. But once you do you’ll want a v4
Magnas are great, eh?
firehunter988 I got a magna too and love it to death, that v4 power is awesome
94 magna bobbed out 👌🏼
I owned a 96 Magna for 17 years. Broke the speedometer cable, replaced tires and changed the oil. Ran like a champ. Muscle bike for sure
I always do the super fast wave then swerve a little bit like I’m not used to riding one-handed lol , no one knows how to react.
i respect the criuser bros that ride year round
Metric cruiser also because the nuts and bolts are measured in millimeters as opposed to inches.
Great laugh, as always, Yam! Cheers from the Land Of The Triumph ;)!
That would be Thailand then!
The funniest thing: ALL cruiser bros, regardless of the type they actually are, THINK they are the LAST cruiser bro.
Road King rider but I appreciate all the two-wheelers.
And that guy that likes cruisers because theyre loud
Sounder Cruiser.
My friend, an r1 with full race headers and flow through exhaust is way louder than ANY cruiser. I know I've had the r1 with said setup, and have a harley with full Vance and Hines exhaust...
Sponsored by manscaped, we talking about bikers? Or English leather boys? Either way I’m not hungry anymore
I’ve got an 03 Heritage Softail Classic and the bike is getting ready for a 1500 mile journey to and from Myrtle Beach to Ohio,Ride Safe my Bros!
Dont really care what ya ride I'm still giving ya the 2 wheels down sign driving by ya. As long as you have a smile on your face riding that's all that matters
I’m a new cruiser bro with 5 days on the seat that’s just happy to ride
Hell yea. I got my first bike a few months ago. I just turned 50 I only wish I had gotten one sooner. Be safe and enjoy the ride
Ride safe!
Im a cruiser rider and this is so true. The vid is really funny bro
I seem to recall that back in 2016 someone was squealing with joy a top of a metric 1100 and saying it was a most comfortable couch on wheels ever 🤔
Definitely the Midwest cruiser bro from Minnesota, your videos help my seasonal depression of not being able to ride.
Metric Cruiser Bro all the way.
✌😎
EVER....
Nomad 1600 myself, and I absolutely love my bike.
Funtime activity, placing Briggs & Stratton stickers on HD engines.
it should be Massey Ferguson stickers
What if I costumized my ride myself? What does that make me? A DIY cruiser bro?
This is me also damn it! Lol
The self expressionist cruiser bro
@@markbaum9615 i'm stealing this one Ahahah
Cruiser Abuser.
A Unicorn meets cruiser 🤔🤔🤔, I'm thinking Unicruiser....or maybe Cruisicorn???
British cruiser bro here from Sacramento. Just bought a Royal Enfield Classic 500cc. Gave my life new purpose
As a 1200 Roadster bro, you know that I know, good suspension and brakes matter almost as much as monster midrange torque. *Thinking about doing an all-out adventure bike conversion on mine; the HD adventure bro is a rare breed indeed.
Kinda like a Buell bro👍
Muscle Cruiser rider here(2007 VMAX) and this is accurate
Hahah love this im currently restoring a 1981 yamaha special 650. It was given to me by a buddy of mine said i can fix it i can have it i plan on making a series on it. It is also my first bike so im excited for that. Long story short i would love to have some pointers both on the bike and riding it as well as on making youtube content. Have a blessed day
