Voice Feminization Surgery 2nd month post-op

This is a male to female transgender patient who underwent Voice Feminization Surgery in Voicest Clinic 2 months ago. She is very happy with her postoperative voice. Tensioning laryngoplasty is a new technique for Voice feminization. It is a combination of vocal fold shortening&tensioning, done through mouth and through a 2 cm skin incision on the neck. Patient is discharged from hospital the same day of surgery, several hours after operation. Change in voice is permanent. A complete voice rest period for 10 days is needed after surgery.

I wonder if it is possible to clean the surface of the vocal cords from the mucous membrane, and then not sew them together, but glue them together. Theoretically, gluing is better than sewing, isn't it? It seems to me that the problem with hoarseness in the voice of most glottoplasty patients is that the stitching itself is a very rough procedure in relation to the vocal cords, due to which the cords close loosely and asymmetrically.

Hello doctor, I am a medical student from Iraq. I underwent thyroplasty to relax the vocal cords due to puperophonia three months ago. A month ago, I had a laryngoscopy and found a big vocal gap and weak occlusion of the vocal cords. Now I suffer from strong hoarseness of the voice. Please doctor, what is the solution?
