My only addition would be that, while I’m starting to try to think of food as food without the “good” and “bad” labels (only JUST starting this psychology shift), I think “everything in moderation” has a place in this convo/topic. We can’t blindly say “eat what you want” and “throw out the scale” when some of us with disordered eating need to be reminded that finding a balance in the types of foods we regularly consume is key.
