The interior layout is horrible and wasteful. This is so sad because this is easily the most unique residential space in the city. This space should be divided into 2.

Indeed! Was thinking “Who needs 11 bedrooms?” No wonder it’s set up to become BnB, given its location in heart of downtown Nashville. However $1k/ sq foot price tag means super-pricy digs to achieve profitability…
