Great mansion! I'm blown away! Just a couple of things to make your work even better; 1- get a better camera, wide angle lens, and less shaking when moving the camera; 2- When you go inside a room and camera is outside, we can't see what you're seeing! for some spaces you don't need to go in, use the camera shots (B-roll) and voice over. Keep up the good work :)
Thats mostly camera mans fault
This is truly mesmerizing mansion with beautiful landscape and fresh air.Away from hustle-bustle of city , situated in the heart of mother nature itself.Blessed are those who lives here💫💥
Looking forward to see more property like this Gavren🤝🥂
Thank you! Appreciate the words. Very lucky to have toured this 1of1 estate
Oh my gosh! This home is incredbly breathtaking.
Omg, I love the Barnhouse! Amazing home. Ty, for sharing this.
That wasn't book matched marble in the master bath. It was vein matched! Sick home tour though! Has all the amentities and a nice calming interior design. You would never have to leave this property lol
I love how you can appreciate all good stuff in this home.
This video gave me many hours of dreaming in perspective. How I would decorate the place to my liking, the usefulness of the rooms that I would adapt to my way, the colors and the art that I would modify, etc... This is also one of the reasons that I like these videos: for the dream they provide. Thank you.
I do this with he Zillow 3d tours. I spend hours thinking how I would use the space for myself and my guests.
Thank you!
What a spectacular home. This video just randomly popped up on my feed. Hope you do more tours!
More to come! Thanks for watching
This house is a piece of art 😍. It reminds us of what we can achieve if we work hard for our dreams. The only things missing to live a perfect life in this house are eternal youth, immortality and an always perfect health. And direct contact with God and a super vigor to enjoy life with our love one too. With these things, the experience of life is perfect, and that's what I always try to highlight in my books that teach this all. A beautiful piece of art indeed!
WOW...... I'm in love with this home it checks all the boxes 💖🙏♥️🙏🇺🇸
Beautiful landscape and entertaining house. There's something for everyone here.
There is a lot there. It will take a big family to make that place feel like a home. Maybe the buyers will be in Middle Eastern or some other culture that lives multi-generational. Or, give Blackberry Farm a run for the money, lease elements or make it a small business retreat resort. The management of that much land the way its already developed for 65, the farm needs to be income producing.
Not at all. Nashville is one of the fastest growing cities in the country and Franklin is just south of it. Acreage in Franklin is very desirable so I bet it’ll be a wealthy family who wants to have a “fun farm” to live in and host parties.
@@TT-nh2od 65 million cash up front unless you're using commercial paper, if you've got a mortgage on this place, even if held in a limited partnership, you can't afford it. If it was just for a house, fine. But, add in the management costs of all that land and so forth. It's gonna be a fun farm and not produce income? Even, the British Royals don't do that. Hey maybe if you got a large enough family business or one heck of an inheritance, it could be pulled off. I have my grandparents farm in North Carolina. It's definitely a fun farm for me but trust it's still producing income.
horse breeding, weddings, and fruit trees. what’s maintenance 350000 a year max? + 22000 property taxes, price of 1 mediocre horse.
@@geono444 no not max, not the way that property is already developed and you're talking out your ass if you say otherwise. I agree income could easily come from leasing the amenities on the property. But, optimal maintenance of that property will require one or more full-time employees.
@@marcusmason3100okay ur right, the lawn and bushes need to be trimmed every morning, the fully covered pool will be dirty after a week, and the house keepers all need 60,000 yearly wages. 😂 your fckn delusional
This house is everything
My goodness Amazing nice home
Good video and beautiful hone.. how the heck many people live there? I never got that with these huge homes. One critique.. Id of loved to see the inside of the bathrooms but your cameraman just stood outside! I wanted to see the showers and the wallpaper in that one room and the shelves in the kitchen...he was so far away... Id have loved to see more of the kitchen but he stood outside it! besides that I liked it.
Thank you for the constructive comment!
very personal in the best possible way. also truly exceptional. one can't help wonder why the owner/creator would want to (have to) sell? devastating to think that such exceptional design could end in unhappiness. hopefully posterity will be kinder.
Beautiful house, Exited to see more house tour in your channel.
The master bathroom and closet combo is very unique design
Woe, who lives like this? Amazing.
Even though you missed that shot, I liked the video anyway. Awesome home. I can't wait to move in.
This beats any homes in LA. The interior is refreshingly fruitful; none of that white everything
The Architect and owners are from L.A., to me it very much looks like a L.A. house.
Brroooo how do you only have 98k subscribers!?!? Your channel is awesome
Thank you!!! I feel lucky to even be at 98k!
@@Gavren 213k 8 months later nice work 💯👍👌☮🖐😁✔️
I want this home...it's perfect for my family and living situation
love this home. its not for a family but a couple that love to entertain and seen everyone home. 1 master suite and 1 small bedroom downstaris. c'mon. I love it anyhow.
Living this missive house with acres & acres property , have to have a really good security system, guards & staffs 2 ...cost alots money to running it like these every month , but is very Private & grand, well would be NOT a issue for someone drop $65M..BUT I'm pretty sure gonna sell way less then that like in early 50s
Beautiful home but it is massively overpriced.
Beautiful ❤
The living room ❤
well done, very well done.
Appreciate it!
Just found and subscribed to your channel. Fantastic tour and very interesting property.
I cant wait to catch up on all your different tours.
From the UK x
Thank you! Appreciate the words
I really like it 😍
Great dunk, nice home, keep hooping it up.
beatiful space!
You both did amazing!
Thanks Liv!
Beautiful estate.
This is the home I went for my wife and I to enjoy with our family so I can be close to the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸♥️♥️♥️
A truly magical place to live.
Very nice!
Adam Hunter was the interior designer maybe give him some credit
He did a beautiful job. The blue leather walls alone were gorgeous.
I’m not a fan of the interior design….too gaudy
In the mount 1990 rush more cashmere 😊😊😊🎉🎉🎉
Great video Gavren! This was such a cool house to tour. Stunning home!
Such an insane home to tour!
FYI zinc rooves are very common in Australia and NZ.
I just randomly got recommended this, so the algorithm is about to give you 1 million views.. congrats in advance and great video man!
now this is my dream
Nouveau riche…excellent!
One day im gonna own such a property
That was dope.
🤙🤙
finally a house worth the price, usually these insanely priced mansions are located in Bel Air and are not worth even 1/4 the price they're asking, you pay 50 million to have your neighbor literally look in to your house from their windows, this posh neighborhood trend needs to trend and rich people should build these masterpieces elsewhere, i can bet that a house like this would sell for $175 Million MINIMUM in Bel Air.
Ironic since the owners and the Architect are Californians...he has worked in Bel Air.
@@chs75 that doesn’t determine the price the land value an architect can design home anywhere
@@chs75 you can't build something like this L.A.
It would cost atleast $80 Million just for the land and im not even talking about Beverly Hills, Hidden Hills or Bel Air, Even in a remote area in L.A. would make this house worth atleast $150 Million.
Bel Air houses have become temporary homes, i can't imagine someone live in one of those for the rest of their life, they're just too cubic and basically made out of glass.
This is a house that is extravagant yet family friendly and you can raise a family in here.
Not! It’s severely overpriced for that area!
Do these homes include the furnishings?
366 acres of the land is under a conservation easement. That's like living under an environmental HOA. In reality, you have only 17 acres you can use however you please.
The tree was cool!
Wish I had a tree in my house. lol
Love the tree and chickens.
Is the home being sold with the furnishings and collected items like the Kobe Bryant photo and the "rocks"? Many of them were a focus of the video. If they aren't included, you may be giving the wrong impression. I'd also recommend adding adjectives other than "insane" to your videos. Gorgeous place, nonetheless, and a good video!
Yeah I would say this should be more like a 45 min interview
I’m new to this genre of videos. I thought that the tours were initiated to help sell the property but with the attention to the owners personal affects maybe I’m wrong. Like if I was going to buy, why would I care about the current owners sports memorabilia?
They wouldn't. It was kind of frustrating to have the picture of Kobe Bryant shown in loving detail but no video of the inside of the kitchen.
Camera guy didn’t even show the shower in the 1st guest room. He didn’t turn to show the elevator. I’m only 7:16 into this video and I’m clicking off. You have to film every detail if the person showing the home mentions something the camera guy should show it.
As if you're buying it. lol
I wish your camera person would zoom into the details you point out, like for example, the wood tub. You pointed it out but then the camera did not go into the room to show all the things that you saw and pointed out in that bathroom. And no zoom in on the leather walls that were in the az go cart home for example. So please take an extra breathe and have your camera person go into the room and film after you are done in the room. You don’t need to rush it when yoy are showing us things that are so unique or beautiful.
BABY IS QUEEN 👑 😍😋😘
24:54 ❤❤❤
12:40 donde puedo encontrar esa pieza de arte?
Took a shot every time you said "Home", was passed out after the first 7 mins.
Under 1k views gang
Oooh
Round 2 with the price.
I would love to stay in this nice mansion what is the mansion called because I would love to see the website
May i join you pls
@1:27 I think you meant "tree" since it is plastic and fake and kinda emblematic of the whole structure.
I got you this cashmere sweater!! And now it’s poo!
the tour seems rushed you skip over so much
Yeah they should've had two episodes of the tour because it's so rushed to the point they're four shadowing weak points of the mansion.
We worked within the time we had available. Check out my newest video on the $80M home in CO.
@@Gavren i like it bro. I dont need to know what everything is made of and by who of a house that i will never see again. I just want to know what it looks like with a bit of detail like this exact video
This place was stolen from me!!! My family are crooks Lorraine Ryan Hearl, John Ryan, Mark McCord, Ron Ryan, Jessica PFitts! I am the rightfully heir and you all are in big trouble! I've been trapped and sold into sex slavery so I wouldn't find out! Masons! This is done! I'm at 2929 Selena dr g108 Nashville TN. You better make this right or you will be in trouble with these crooks.
@@Gavrendo people just hate on every video u make or something? Lol
The struggle is real...
Camera man bring more up close view. Eg the wooden bathroom tub & kitchen glass cabinets, etc or have another camera man.... Also have visual shots of areas that is only mentioned.
Otherwise great video.
Thanks.
Брат, спасибо.1000👍от 🇧🇬🤝
the gym is crazy....
Gorgeous and unique home... however I must say I'm disappointed with the bedroom in the master suite. The his and her bathrooms are stunning but the room with the bed itself is unappealing. Its a shame too.
Would be nice to fully see the inside of the rooms. You mention parts of them but the cameraman never goes inside to see the whole picture.
That guy sounds like John Oliver doing an American accent
🤩🤩🤩
Just because you can, does not mean you should.
Shaky camera but beautiful house
My OCD had to point out that the chess board is set up on the wrong side (always white on the right) ... I know lol
I’m interested but wonder why they are selling?
Downsizing 😂
Shouldn’t wear outdoor shoes inside this beautiful home
It’s sad that the animals live in a nicer building than the staff!
Kann ich morgen bezahlen 😂
This home is severely overpriced for the area by 51M!!!!!
I bet you have a lot of “discussions “ if you own this crib 16:10
🤞🏿
Very underwhelming master bedroom.
F that 500 million home in Beverly Hills. This is 10 times better.
agreed
Lot of really really really bro
Cam person was scared to show stuff you was explaining. A home like this needs a longer time to go thru far as details
It's a beautiful home but needs more time to show
Wonder how many cows died for those walls 😂
Cashmere is a type of wool that is made from the hair of a certain type of goat native to the Gobi Desert and Central Asia. In the spring, as they start to moult, the goats are combed to remove their fine under hair while leaving the outer coat (guard hair) intact. The combings are then washed and “de-haired” of any stray guard hair, so that what is left is pure cashmere. Goats were not killed to line those walls.
I know it's in style but i just don't like all the greys. I like a cherry or mahogany wood, those greys seem depressing to me.
W🤩W
I would love to get stoned and roam the property.
This is manson
ypu have a giant chess board and the pieces are positioned wrong, The bottom right tyle should be white.
Beautiful, BUT, I would have to share this and make it a “kind of” park for kids to come (with more animals) or a “kind of” home for unwed mothers (max 6 months or so, where I can help them. This a huge property and any person BLESSED to purchase it, God meant it for someone other than me and mine. There is ministry here; we are blessed to be a blessing.
Why does the other guy called primary suite? a bit weird
Thats the forced liberal word play trend
@@lvbadboy 🙄 You are so goofy...
@@chs75 it is people claimed master bedroom was offensive snow flake
@@lvbadboy Yup...you're still a goofball.
2:32 the kitchen is horrible 😊
Good video, but the camera work has much to be desired. It did not do a good job at capturing the space. For example, in the first bedroom you explained about the shower, but then we were not shown it. The covered patio we were also not shown and the wet bar was a quick glance. I'd like a closer more detail view of these places.
You go on to the first floor 'porch' area and talk about the amazing view, and then fail to show us any of it, instead we get a generic drone shot of the property. I'd strongly recommend getting a wider angle lenses for your camera.
On various occasions the realtor say 'THIS amazing feature, or THAT amazing feature' and your camera person pans to something completely different and we never get to see what he was talking about.
Also if you can get people to borrow you supercars I am sure someone will borrow your a stabilized camera mount, or just buy one, the shaky camera is very amateur.
A critique on the house...it is vast, but manages to feel very small. The games room for example is like a tiny after thought, in comparison to similar priced properties in LA where you would expect a complete bowling alley down there.
Thank you for the suggestions. Time is always of importance, check out the latest tour on my page and I think you may see some improvements which you were speaking on
I agree with someone who said you have rushed this, you also just showed things you are interested who is interested in chickenx no one im sure where are the bedrooms you show 1bedroom and that room was ugly your camera person also needs lessons and needs to follow you into a room not just stand outside and video
Without question, this home is fabulous, but it is no way worth 65 million dollars!
What would make it $65M to you?
@Gavren Ocean front property in California, the Hampton's, or South Florida. Tennessee does not have that kinda of locale, just woods, hills, and Jack Daniel 's whiskey. That could be anyplace in the south or midwest. Try 10 to 12 million, and that is pushing it.
You're out of your mind dude😅... 10m for this?, this property is easily worth 45m
I don't think any property in Tennessee is worth paying $65M
Does seem very overpriced especially compared to some of the California properties that are ocean front such as those on Enes channel.
Nice place but not anywhere remotely close to being worth $65M😂😂😂
