Sharp looking Pontiac Trans-Am, I love the white lettered tires😊😊❤❤👍👍
Thank you!
What nice addition. Love the work put into this.
Thank you!
Just awesome man!
Thanks!
great job buddy
Thanks!
Sweet, I have one of these for a project, and the truck and trailer of Snowman with the mural decals. There is a bloke in Great Britain who makes the figures from the movie in resin, Bandit, Carrie, Snowman with Fred, Sheriff and Junior, and Big and Little Enos. You can find them on EBay. I have to finish another project before I undertake that. Great work!
Thank you, and sounds like a great project you have on deck! I know the guy you mean, he's also on Facebook, under the name Simon Walker Creations. His work looks good, I just need to get through a few more of the kits and figures I already have on hand before I add more!
@@Spencer1984 Yep, that's the guy, his name escaped me!
Excellent work Bill lots of decals to apply.. very nice work
Thanks, though I can't take credit for all the stripes - this is an older build (finished almost 11 years ago!) of Revell's predecorated kit, so all I needed to add were the missing stripes and lettering. I will be redoing the Bandit 2 Trans Am and giving it the full decal treatment soon, though
That's my dad's favorite muscle car.
Awesome work Bill! I like your Stroker ace Thunderbird at the end! Great movie!!
Thanks, and thanks for noticing the Stroker Ace car! I still need to build the Cannonball van
Fabulous job love it !!
Thank you!
Looks bad ass Bill,
Excellent work once again man!
Thank you!
Spence, that looks great!!
Thanks!
Great looking T/A. I kept waiting for Bandit & Frog to show up. LOL. Very nicely done.
Always hoppin' around :) Thanks!
Wow great job on the bandit!
Thanks!
AWESOME!!! Keep up the good work.
Thanks!
Looks great
Thanks!
I got a 124 scale from eBay I love it just what I need in my collection!
Did you get the one from GreenLight? From what I've seen it looks really good
Beautiful
Thanks!
Amazing model!
I have the diecast one from greenlight but yours is much better!

Thank you!
nice details here
Thanks!
Wow! That bandit turned out clean and nicely detailed. There's a ton of decals on this car. I know that had to be a little challenging. Kutgw
This was actually the easy one - I only had to add the T/A scripts and a few stripes Revell skipped. Bandit 2 will need the full compliment, which should be interesting
Bill that's is awesome !, great job
Thanks!
great replica build. very nice work.
Thank you!
THERE'S NOTHING LIKE THE AMERICAN MUSCLE.
Great job! Clean and detailed.
Thank you!
very nice detail work looks great
Thanks!
I see some builds without the cb entena..doesn't make sense to me. Nice build man.
Thanks! I know the antenna is easy to break off, but it was such an important part of the movie it didn't feel right to not include it.
Great work!!!!!
Thank you!
awesome
Thanks!
Fucking beautiful
Yep, that's just about as perfect as you will ever see. Some 'take a deepbreath' decaling going on there... wouldn't even attempt it, lol. Man that's so gooood, yes sir. ..E?
"...and a short time to get there." Oh no, that song's in my head!
That's Spactacular!!!
Thanks!
Great job! Where did the cb antenna come from?
Thanks! The antenna was scratchbuilt: wire for the main piece and spring, and styrene stock for the base and mount.
Awesome! How did you do the RWL on the tires?
Thanks! They are a set I had in my parts box but I'm afraid I don't remember which kit they came from. Likely something from Round 2, since their pad printed tires are generally excellent.
@@Spencer1984 Ah, ok thanks for the reply! They're very hard to find. Also looking for a spare decal set because I'm not that confident that I'm going to get all of these on without some being destroyed!
@@bullitt773 if you haven't yet, you might want to check out Keith Marks' decals to get some spare stripes. His "50th Anniversary" set also includes the gold Trans Am lettering not included in the Revell kit. The only thing I'm not sure about is if it has the stripes for around the grilles, since the photos on his site show the '76 model.
@@Spencer1984 Oh man, thank you so much! I guess it's an aftermarket provider?
@@bullitt773 Yup, you can see the set here: public.fotki.com/mofobow/pontiac/firebird/7677_trans-am_gold/
Where did you get the front plate
That was something I made myself. If you'd like me to e-mail or print & mail you one, you can message me at spencer1984@yahoo.com
Nice!
Thanks!
What kit is that I would like to build one for my collection
It's the Revell diecast kit, #85-1562
@@Spencer1984 thanks!
Is this diecast?
Yes, this was Revell's first release - kind of like they did with the Bullitt and Vanishing Point cars.
If I sent you the kit and paid you would you paint it for me?
Sorry, I don't do commissioned model work. Thanks for the offer, though!
