I love Qigong, it saved my life. I had a stroke and all the meds and rehab wasn't doing it for me so I remembered what I was taught by an elderly again woman in Orlando hat helped me understand the healing properties of movement inside of stillness and looking inward to achieve peace ,balance and tranquility

I have been doing Qigong for awhile and never tried this movement alone. It’s been other practices I tried. So I decided to give it a try alone and I can tell the difference just from trying. Thank you so much for sharing this. I be doing this when I need balance.

I was just looking for to balance my chakras, and found random video on qi qong and than this.. hope this will heal/balance all my chakras.

Tell me why I was sitting here watching Mulan 2 with my sister and they're on their way to Qigong the city in the movie. Whilst watching the movie I saw Yin and Yang symbols and then after the movie I continued to see the Yin Yang symbol in things completely unrelated to the movie and then after all of that I see this. I think I'm getting a message

Hi! I find energy healing sessions to be helpful as it balances the energies in the body (this is the work I do). I wish I knew the name of the song but if I am remembering correctly, it was a stock song in TikTok's video editing.

I have been doing the 7 Chakra guided meditations every day for 2 or 3 weeks now. I drink a cup of Ceremonial Cacao and then I go straight into my meditation. From the first time I started I would see Purple and Blueish like a starry sky at night, and now I see Yellow or Greenish Yellow and this Yellowish colour is hard to keep it disappears and moves around slowly. The Purple moves but not like this Yellowish colour, the yellowish colour is so small like a pea size, the yellowish colour comes when I don't do any thing just breathing, and the Purple is big very big. When I get scared I see big bright flashes of green. And when I Meditate, when I do my Sacral chakra I feel flowy, but every time I do my Solar Plexus I feel a fire feeling in that area, and when I do my heart chakra I feel deep love in my heart and peace. I am getting better and better at holding the vibration in my body. At first I was afraid that I would open my third eye and see aliens, but I'm not afraid any more. Anyway I get anoyed at night trying to sleep because all I see is Purple big flashes of purple lol. Btw I see these colours with my eyes closed
