Today is literally the first day of trying to get back into the routine of morning workouts and I'm on my way to put on a Fraser Wilson video to start, then this video pops up in my notifications. Couldn't ask for any better motivation. Let's go!
I used to make fitness a job and it made me not want it as much. I just tell myself to do it when I feel like it. The energy and high I get from it is enough to want it now. The results make me proud later. I'm the master of my body. I tell it what to do. But I listen to what it needs.. I also use protection of my loved ones as a means to stay fit. I have to be in shape to defend those I love from danger.

Already actively workout and wrestle, but have always had a bit of a gut. Started doing this along with stopping drinking sodas and eating junk food and sticking to chicken eggs and strictly water. Improvements are noticed in a week. Cant wait to keep going 💪🏻
Getting great use out of these videos right now while gyms are closed in the UK. Just wish there was a version with no music so I could have my own on in the background and still hear when the timer is up.

If there was no music and you would've been be telling which exercise is on the way that would give more confidence and less distraction as I always have to keep an eye on the timer. And yes, a rest of at least 5 sec between each rep is recommended.
Literally nothing's better then doing this instead of online classes 👌
