      @@zakariabouain hey nobody is better in working out it’s working out for health and etc. How can somebody be better than another person working out is a do this or do that no need to say who is better. It like saying she look way prettier than her. Nobody is perfect no body is better. Nobody compares.

    I used to make fitness a job and it made me not want it as much. I just tell myself to do it when I feel like it. The energy and high I get from it is enough to want it now. The results make me proud later. I'm the master of my body. I tell it what to do. But I listen to what it needs.. I also use protection of my loved ones as a means to stay fit. I have to be in shape to defend those I love from danger.

    Already actively workout and wrestle, but have always had a bit of a gut. Started doing this along with stopping drinking sodas and eating junk food and sticking to chicken eggs and strictly water. Improvements are noticed in a week. Cant wait to keep going 💪🏻

    Ive been doing everyday for around 2 weeks now. Eat fairly decently, and do this dedication. You will results, no doubt. Already a bunch more definition and muscle growth for in such a short time!

      It would basicly be stomach vacums. If you want Stronger innr core do some vacums first thing in the morning.

    If there was no music and you would've been be telling which exercise is on the way that would give more confidence and less distraction as I always have to keep an eye on the timer. And yes, a rest of at least 5 sec between each rep is recommended.
